Great hotel, after 6 years of working and traveling in Colombia it was refreshing to find a nice mid priced hotel that was comfortable with friendly helpful staff and fresh clean rooms. The big plus was my 6 month rottweiler could also stay with me in the room.||||The service was impecable, breakfast which is included in the tariff was far better than the usual crap served up in Colombia as complimentary breakfasts. It was your choice of eggs with ham, mushrooms or tomato and cheese plus fruit, juice and coffee.||||The complimentary airport or bus terminal pickup and drop off was a huge plus, any so called five start establishment charges $30,000 pesos or more for this service. ||||The big pluses for me were the breakfast, the super clean simply furnished rooms with great local views, lots of natural light and a super comfortable bed. ||||The neighbourhood while some way from the hotspots of the north was in reality quite central and a great place to just chill out after work and meetings.||||Couldn't recommend the...

We traveled with my husband to Bogota and just thought we were staying there for three days||but there were plans and we stayed for 9 days this hotel is excellent||We had no reservation and were placed in another room.||front desk employees, housekeepers, property owners, management||all in all very friendly very attentive, concerned about their guests.||It is a very well located, clean, friendly place. Estuve 8 noches y ninguna pude dormir la noche completa, había personas muy ruidosas que una noche al parecer estaban bebiendo en una habitación y cantando cumpleaños feliz a un tal camilo a las 4:20 a.m., por lo visto en la recepción no se dan cuenta de lo que está pasando arriba a esa hora , por lo tanto no ponen límites y la fiesta continuó. El desayuno fue siempre lo mismo y no bien servido, la taza sin platillo, excepto un día que estaba atendiendo una sra., me parece que de nombre Gloria. El Café siempre frío, un día ni siquiera les quedaba queso. Lo bueno es que uno podía servirse más café si era requerido. Al llegar hubo que subir por una escalera con dos maletas hasta la habitación, ésta estaba impecable, al igual que la cama y las almohadas. Los días posteriores el aseo diario fue deficiente hasta que limpió la sra. Gloria, (no recuerdo bien el nombre) así que solicité que ella siguiera limpiando. Rescato que es un lugar de fácil acceso, está cerca de todo y tienen grata música ambiental, la habitación contaba además con un televisor, una silla, una mesita y una repisa . Me gustó la preocupación por el medio ambiente y que ofrezcan la posibilidad de separar la basura. Referente al baño, aunque era pequeño resultó funcional, sólo que me hubiera gustado una ducha manual y un secador de pelo.
