😊: The location. 😢: The shower was barely passable, with luke warm water. The top bed sheet was not big enough for the bed. The room had no outside window yet had an opening windown to the hallway which allowed noise from other guests & the staff to infiltrate our room easily. The room was quiet of street noise, yet noise from within the hotel including conversations in the hallway outside our room, loud TV from down the hall, buckets of water being tipped into what sounded like a very large tub late at night & loud doorbell ringing late at night & early in the morning was disappointing. This hotel offer the basics for a simply stay in Guatape, with a good and quiet location near the lake, interesting downtown places and restaurants. It doesn't have restaurant and parking space, but the place is neat and the owner, Bertha, she's very kind and helpfully whatever and whenever do you need. Porque la señora Berta fue muy irresponsable fue muy amable cuando reservé y pague Y el día que llegamos al hotel nos tenia la mala noticia de que sólo nos podíamos quedar una noche porque ella había tenido la equivocación cuando la llamamos para la reservación eran tres noches nos pudimos quedar una noche y las otras dos noches nos mandó para un hostal un hostal donde habían cucarachas el olor no se soportaba las sábanas se veía que no las habían lavado no había ventilación no había TV había que compartir el baño La señora fue muy irresponsable porque cuando hablamos con ella era una persona muy amable pero cuando llegamos donde ella con groserías así fue como nos recibió para decirnos que solamente podíamos quedarnos un día en el hotel. nos fuimos para otros hoteles y en ningún hotel había una reservación porque era tiempo de vacaciones y no habían hoteles para reservar No recomiendo a esta señora y en el hotel los Lagos de WhatsApp o la irresponsabilidad de ella que tuvimos que dormir en el hotel de ella una noche y cuando nos mandó para los tal no podemos dormir por el ruido que había y los borrachos que habían en ese hostal mi nombre es Bersy hago este comentario para que no le toque a otras personas como nos tocó a nosotros que confiamos en la señora pero no es...
