The products here are amazing and reasonably priced. Everything is handmade in their on-site workshop by leather artisans. The owner, Pablo, was extremely helpful. He gave us a tour of the workshop and the processes they used to make the products. We were offered coffee/tea/water while browsing the products. After we spent 30 minutes in their shop Pablo invited us to have coffee at a local cafe. All around good people and good products. We were amazed with this place. They have beautiful authentic leather shoes, jackets, wallets, bags, earrings, etc. I bought the most amazing comfortable shoes. My only regret was not to buy more pairs of shoes. Next time we go to Colombia we will definitely go back to beautiful Guatape and visit this store again. It's rare to have such a positive experience from a store. Not only did I find the perfect pair of leather shoes - exactly what I had been looking for and in a cooler color than I imagined, but they custom engraved them as well. The staff was warm, welcoming, and helpful. They even explained how I can get taxes back as a tourist at the airport when leaving and helped make this happen.
