The hotel is good, but the reception is great. To say that Aleyta is without reservation the best reception I have had the pleasure of meeting is still an understatement. In reality I do not know that any person could be a better fit for the hospitality industry than she is- even hypothetically- and I have spent years of my life living in hotels around the world. She is a person who changed my perception of what great service means, adding tremendous value to her organization with her huge smile and heart, close attention to guest needs, and proactive problem solving. Mi experiencia en este hotel fue espantosa sin dejar de mencionar la poca educación que tienen no saben realmente lo que es tener servicio al cliente.

Llegamos desde Bogotá y decidimos pasar la noche en este hotel (hotel casa malibu), inicialmente no me gustó mucho la atención por parte de la recepcionista pero por ser la 1: 00 am y ya cansados del viaje decidimos tomar el servicio de hospedaje.

Al día siguiente debíamos entregar a las 12:00pm por tarde 12:30pm, la encargada de hotel (Ines) empezó a llamarme a mi celular con un tono golpeado, grosera, sin tener ni la más mínima gota de humanidad teniendo en cuenta que mi madre de 68 años con problemas de rodilla y dos bebes de 3 y 4 años estaban solos en la habitacion mientras yo había salido a comprar una maleta de viaje desafortunadamente y el trafico de la ciudad me retrasaron un poco, es por ello que decido llamar al hotel a rogarle encarecidamente que ya iba para el hotel que dejara a mi madre y los niños en la habitación que yo ya ne encontraba en camino ella de una manera brusca y cortante me dijo que No que necesitaba la habitación y que debían salirse de ella y entregársela porque ella no podía esperar a lo que yo le dije que me cobrara el tiempo extra que mi madre estaba sola, con los niños, la señora administradora de este hotel sin interesarle mi infortunio no cedió a mi petición y sin más ni más hizo desalojar a mi mamá con 5 maletas y 2 niños sin ella permitir esperarme para colaborarle a mi madre que no podia realizar esto sola. Es muy triste que el comportamiento de estas señora siga operando de esta manera que se crea con el derecho de realizar estas prácticas. Small room. Noisy. No hot water. Stains on towels. I found different hairs in pillow and sheet. The pillow case was ripped off. You can hear your neighbours in the bathroom (you hear everything...). Walls are made of paper, you'll hear the alarms of every guest. Window to the street had the lock broken (did not feel safe). The sink in the bathroom felt like it was going to fall.
