They operate a fantastic daily menu (13,500COP on Mar 2022) with a soup, a main plate with 4 different items and a juice (there no options for food, you can only select between 2 different juices usually). Food is delicious and enough for a medium eater, did not leave me hungry till very late in the evening. You can feel the meals are very well thought through in terms of nutrition.
Given how meat heavy Colombia is, and the usual daily menus you find around, this is godsent.
Everyone seems nice and professional, and they clearly have amazing cooks (like Andrés - thanks for all the yummy food!)
What I really liked about the place is that, compared to other vegan places where they serve all sorts of cheese/meat replacements (tofu, seitan, vegan cheese etc.), this place really focussed on proteins built from scratch from vegetables, grains and fruits.
They also serve vegan burgers. Definitely recommended for any health conscious soul, and for everyone else as well. Go try it and see how it feels...

BTW, there's a sweet, plant-covered balcony with single bar-style seating. Great breeze in the afternoon.
I've been vegan for 50 years, so it's been a while, but I thought for just a brief moment the mushrooms were meat. They have a quite unique earthy flavor that is really delicious. And great texture unlike leathery meat.
Herbed rice, avocado, seitan and julienned squash with flowers all made for a lovely, simple, nutrition-dense meal. Great blueberry...
Read moreWent there today. Very poor. How did they get good reviews, I don't know. Must be all Colombians. I got the menu of the day. Firstly everything was cold. I got the smallest portion of rice ever ( I was hoping quinoa). The beans that came with it, must have had about 4-7 in it lol. The salad was poor, once again very small. And a deep fried quinoa ( I think). Everything was bland and tasteless. Nothing really cooked. It was overpriced for what they offered. I am British Asian, we alot of vegetarian food, trust me, this place has no idea.i was still hungry once finished. Europeans stay away. One more thing,he forgot to...
