Fue la mejor experiencia que pude tener en mi vida!!! Contacte a Claudia para la reserva y siempre fue súper amorosa, explicando con paciencia y dedicación cada duda que necesitaba resolver. Eso me dio mucha tranquilidad. Viaje sola y la verdad que encontrar la calidez humana de Chili y la comodidad en este lugar mágico, fue demasiado hermoso. Recomiendo ampliamente que se alojen en el piso 801, allí te recibe alguien muy especial y querida por todos “la Chili”, te sentis como en casa, te mima, te ayuda en todas las recomendaciones que te van a beneficiar en todo sentido (lugares, alquileres de Mulita para recorrer, excursiones y todo lo que te imagines para que tengas la mejor experiencia en un lugar que no conoces y aproveches cada minuto en la isla bien aprovechado). Volveré con amigas y familia a este lugar que tiene absolutamente todo para pasar unas vacaciones inolvidables: la mejor vista de la isla (bajas y cruzas la vereda para llegar a la playa!, el centro está a la vuelta del hotel!, en 10 minutos llegue caminando por la playa hermosa desde el aeropuerto! Dormí cómoda y plácidamente mirando y escuchando el mar caribe! Pictures are deceiving. There is no balcony in the room and there are stairs to the room which are really unsafe and steep. There is a semi wall to get in to the shower which is taller than the toilet. Real unsafe getting in and out. Elevator to the 8th floor broke down first day and took 2 days to fix. No restaurant, gym but there is a common room with a kitchen, tv and balcony which is shared amongst everyone staying on...
