Everything from the Villa itself which was spectacular, to the outstanding services provided by Janet and Tomas, to the incredible support, guidance, and help the owner Greg Pappas provided to me in arranging our family trip.... Including all the great people he got us in contact with for amazing excursions...... Was five star all the way! The best family vacation we have ever had! This review is so overdue as life got in the way after we returned home.... I also want to comment on the negative reviews Greg received as a result of the Covid shutdown.. I also had to cancel my 70th birthday celebration at the Villa because of the borders being closed. This was disappointing and an unfortunate set of circumstances for all involved..... But nobody lost their money. Greg went overboard in working to reschedule our party of six to the following year at the exact same price...... And it was still well worth the wait! Janet providing massages out by the pool & mani pedis, Tomas shopping, cooking and serving amazing meals....... All at incredibly low cost. Amazing sunsets right outside your door where my son got to get down on one knee and propose to the love of his life! Truly an unforgettable vacation for all of us! Thank you...

Renters beware - COVID-19 blocked our travel plans in which our group of 10 have had all their flights cancelled. Costa Rica Embassy has stated that Americans are not allowed to enter or return to the US. Owner, Greg Pappas, will not provide refund of deposit in the amount of $2024 stating that his investment has taken a huge hit during COVID. He has only offered a credit. This property’s nightly rate only increases thru 2021 and trying to reschedule 10 people is nearly impossible. He has now stated he will not be offering a credit due to me stating that I will provide a negative review. He believes this is a threat. Mr. Pappas is stealing $2024 from me for services not rendered. Renters beware. If anyone would like a copy of the correspondence I would be happy to provide to ensure honest and transparent information...

Our family of 10 just recently stayed at this amazing Villa by the sea. The house was perfect, plenty of space for everyone to have their own rooms with full baths, very clean and equipped with all the essentials. Tomas is an excellent chef and Janet keeps everything clean as well as gives an amazing massage. Dervins team at yellowfin were fantastic to plan transportation and activities to accommodate ages 18 months to 73 years old. Jennifer and Chip were super convenient to rent golf carts to get around town and Ellen does a great job to find what you need to stock the fridge. Owners provide all the contacts for everthing you need. Truly a fabulous vacation everyone will fall in love with the rich culture and relaxed vibe...
