Elenas rooms and apartment Zagreb — Hotel in City of Zagreb

We have chosen this apartment because it looked great in the photos and had good reviews. Well, this is sadly not the case in reality. Although been nicely and funky decorated, apartment is very dirty upon our arrival. Toilet seat around and under not cleaned, toilet brush so dirty, black mould in the shower area around the corners. Apartment has 5 different smelling diffusers that are creating a bad scent of the room. Bedding is very old, bedding sheet and duvet cover are fuzzed out and very harsh on the skin so it feels very itchy. There is hair in bedding cover. Top of the bedroom frame is very dusty and carpets aren't properly vacuumed. There's so many cobwebs on the ceiling and dust in the corners of the room. Light switches in the room aren't working properly, you have to push several times to turn them on. Great looking giraffe lamp on the night stands are so dusty. Walls in the room are stained in some places. Tap in the bathroom sink sprays all over so your toiletry gets wet. Small rug on the bathroom floor are so dirty. Towel rack is very dusty and white hair dryer is dirty. The only good thing is the central location close...

We had a lovely stay! The location is perfect, right next to all of the main tourist sites. The facilities were clean and modern. We were supplied with ample toiletries and even croissants on our first day. This stay was great value for money too. Beautiful decoration, lovely walk in shower, nice location close to many shops and main attractions, fast communication…. the room was provided with tea and coffee. You don’t need key all is electronic…it was quiet and nice place, very please...
