Read moreDuring our trip to Croatia, my family of four wanted a change from the typical Croatian cuisine, so we decided to try Nomu, a Japanese fusion restaurant located in Old Town Zadar. We weren’t disappointed!
The food we ordered rivaled the sushi we get back in Seattle, which is saying a lot given Seattle’s renowned sushi scene. Each dish was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The fusion of Japanese and local ingredients created a unique and delightful dining experience.
The service provided by Jurica was top-notch. He was attentive, friendly, and ensured that every aspect of our meal was perfect. His recommendations were excellent and he made us feel very welcome.
The restaurant’s location in Old Town Zadar adds to its charm, blending the historic surroundings with a modern, elegant interior. The ambiance was inviting and added to our overall enjoyment of the meal.

Plus, the atmosphere was relaxed, the staff knowledgeable and friendly.
We will be back every soon. There was no room for...
