Seaside Luxury Villa — Hotel in Paralimni

A wonderful villa in a wonderful location. Really spacious an and bright with a large pool and generous outdoor space and only a very short walk to a lovely beach and the coastal trail. A little cafe on the beach and a cool beach bar a very short walk away too. Excellent restaurants and shops within walking distance 10-15 mins or so along Kennedy Avenue. The owner is lovely and really makes sure that you have an excellent stay and we really appreciated how well he looked after us. The villa has sea views from the ground floor as well as all bedrooms and the lovely roof terrace. Also a good balance of sun and shade for families needing both. We have already booked for two more stays as we like the villa so much and am sure this will now be our new home from home in Cyprus. We highly recommend this...

Nice modern villa with sea view, lots of glass & high ceilings. Description and photos are accurate. Kitchen is fully equipped. Nice pool and terrace. Great location: quiet area with two nice swim bays within walking distance and close to all activities by car. It would have been nice to have more instructions: couldn’t work the ceiling fans in the rooms or put-off the water heater. Also an extra main door key is needed. All in all a great...

Villa has nice sea views from all bedrooms. It was great to have lots of space for chilling by the pool and on the rooftop terrase. Villa is well and newly equiped, beds are really comfy. Couple of perfect beaches are only minutes away by foot, I would recommend heading to Fireman Beach - that was one of my favourites in Cyprus.
