Pension Villa Anita — Hotel in Cheb District

I am sorry to say, but we were very disappointed from the very first touch. What felt strange was no reviews here and no cooperation with booking or some other sites. ||||When we stepped in the building very strange odour hit our faces. The owner of the place wasn't really polite to us, rest thing he asked was why we didn't ring the pension bell (there were 3 bells saying Pension :). Then the lady taking care of guests was even worse. When they showed us to our room, we were terrified - the room was really smelly, there must have been somebody smoking even though it's a nonsmoking villa. So we asked for a room switch. So the lady called for the owners wife - she was also not very polite to us. But we got the switch and the room was OK. Well no smelly. The reconstruction was done with the cheapest materials and assuming from the spider webs in the corners and dead bugs on the floor there was nobody staying in that room for a very long time :)||The towels very also not the freshest and there was no toilet paper in the bath room. ||They charge 50 CZK for parking (there is nothing on the website about this) and 100 czk for internet connection (they then didn't charge it to us but still in these days it is no so common)||We re frankly afraid of the break fast. But it was OK..... ||If the room was for 800 CZK I wouldn't be complaining at all, but for 1200 it wasn't good enough, because there are much better places in this...

Výborně situovaný penzion v klidně části města, pár minut pěšky do centra, na Kolonádu, ke Zpívající fontáně atd... Měla jsem pokoj č. 8, s balkonem, krásný, čistý, 2 místnosti, koupelna. Nad moje očekávání!! Člověk se tam cítí jako doma, právě díky majitelům, kteří jsou velmi milí, paní majitelka připravuje chutné snídaně, jsou vstřícní, nápomocní, kdykoliv k dispozici. Pan majitel zase ochotně poradí kam na výlet v okolí, anebo do které restaurace zajít...:) Tento penzion/vilu vřele doporučuj! Moc ráda se do Villa Anita zase někdy vrátím! Děkuji za...
