Hotel Ryzlink — Hotel in okres Břeclav

A hotel booked because of its high rating and we also booked their most expensive room - a royal suite. The hotel complex is indeed very beautiful, with an amazing view, a huge room and a huge balcony. The room is located on the second floor and it was very uncomfortable to carry the luggage up. There is no elevator. There is a restaurant with very delicious food. Also, breakfast was good. There is private parking on site. The reception women was very rude and spoke in a condescending and condescending manner. On the first day we discovered that there was a problem with hot water in the shower. The next morning before we left the hotel I asked her to fix it. When we called back in the evening and asked if the matter had been fixed, I received an answer "I hope so". It was clear that nothing had been taken care of and it was indeed even worse than the previous day, we had to shower with freezing water to such a degree that my daughters even cried about it. In addition, there is no insect screen on any window!!! And this is in a hotel located inside a winery and full of bees, flies and all kinds of other flying creatures. The hotel was clean, not so far from the city centre (10min). But it isn’t worth that high price. From 3* hotel we expected more. We stayed in the ground floor with our dog. Room was quiet small, it reminds the hostel or dormitory style. No view from the room, noisy wine fridge and lot of disturbing light (light switch, tv, fire alarm, fridge) at night. Door sound always when someone comes in the hall. No kettle in the room. Restaurant opened till 8pm and only in some days, breakfast from 8am. There was no bar opened, the drinks you have in your fridge. And last night it seemed that we were alone in the hotel, even lights outside were switched off.
