Restaurace Ryzlink — Restaurant in okres Břeclav

We came here all the way to taste wines from Futek winery that was recommended to us. The goal was to choose the few best ones and buy multiple bottles. We were informed at the reception that we can only do tasting at the restaurant. We asked to connect tabels to sit with our wives and the waiter unpleasantly said that we shouldn't connect them. We also asked for several Diamond types to taste them and again the other waiter unpleasantly said that they don't have any bottles opened and they will not open a new one for serving them in glasses. I don't understand then why they show these offering in the menu if you can't try any of them. The last pair of white wines served to us were warm...and taste wasn't good. I believe in such places you should really take care of how you present the products you sell. To sum up, the service needs a little bit of training on how to work under pressure and how to properly serve wine and take care of clients as they are the representatives of the winery. As the effect of this visit...we ended up not buying even a one bottle....

rádi bychom Vám poskytli zpětnou vazbu na naši nedávnou návštěvu Vaší restaurace. Bohužel musíme říct, že jsme byli celkově zklamáni a rádi bychom Vás na několik věcí upozornili s upřímným přáním, abyste se nad tím zamysleli.

Začnu u denního menu – bohužel nás vůbec nezaujalo. Opět nabídka typu "hermelín", "rizoto", stejné jako minulý měsíc, bez jakékoliv inovace nebo nápadu. Přitom jsme si původně mysleli, že bychom si u Vás našli příjemné místo pro obchodní schůzky. Očekávali jsme větší pestrost a kvalitu, která by odpovídala tak hezkému prostředí s krásným výhledem.

Další velké zklamání byla obsluha. Chápu, že každý může mít horší den, ale sedět na schodech s mobilem během provozní doby? To opravdu nepůsobí profesionálně – a bohužel to není jen náš dojem, podobné komentáře jsme četli i v jiných recenzích.

Velký problém pro mě osobně bylo i pečivo – tvrdé, vyschlé, evidentně několik dní staré. To je věc, která se v restauraci s Vaším potenciálem prostě stát nesmí.

Vaše místo má opravdu skvělou atmosféru a výhled, ale pokud chcete, aby se k Vám lidé rádi vraceli – a doporučovali Vás dál – bylo by fajn zaměřit se na kvalitu kuchyně, čerstvost surovin a hlavně na školení a motivaci personálu.

Věříme, že si naši zpětnou vazbu vezmete k srdci a že příště bude naše...
