The Omega Hotel in Brno is a hidden jugglery in that town. We stayed there for 3 days at the begging of June. We enjoy every moment and the hosts did make any effort to enjoy our stay. The hotel is spotless clean, the attention to details is admirable! From the crispy, impeccable clean tick bed mattress and bed sheets, to bathroom, carpets, curtains, etc, everything is in good taste and carefully cared for!|The breakfast room and the breakfast are other things that make one enjoy the stay. The food is divers with traditional local breakfast treats, fresh bread, pate, fruits, vegetables, coffee, yogurt, pastry and many other yummy things. The breakfast varies every day, so one has the chance to enjoy more fresh delights.|in addition, the location of the hotel is very good, jut 5-10 min walking from Brno center, in a peaceful residential area. Just take advantage of this!|I do not have enough good words to praise the owner and the personnel of this hotel for their efforts! Just: kudos,! You all made our stay memorable! |If we will come again in Brno, we'll stay again...

Absolutely appalling customer service from the hotel management. I have booked a room at the hotel last week and unfortunately due to my child illness I was forced to cut short my trip and return home before the symptoms deteriorated. I have called the hotel, emailed, explained the circumstances and asked for a free cancellation for the booking. The hotel categorically refused to consider this and charged me the full amount for the reservation despite the fact that I have not used any of the hotel facilities and services. I would strongly advice anyone expecting a customer orientated service from the management of this hotel to start searching for alternative locations. Absolutely dreadful and inexcusable behavior from the management of this hotel. Needless to say that I would never consider this hotel or advise anyone...
