Me and my friends stayed in the "hotel" for a night - luckily just ONE night!! After our arrival we were politely informed that we would get two double rooms instead of a room for four. We had no problem with that, but that was the only thing which went well. The rooms were extremely dirty, smelly sheets and towels - not possible to be used, spider nets everywhere, dust, burnt armchair,... All our mistake that we didn´t complain immediately. Unfortunately, at 9 in the morning we came at for "excellent, special" breakfast - having been told the breakfast is served form 8 to 10 and there was none. The receptionist (owner?) was very surprised that we were not satisfied at all and we wanted our money for breakfast back. Read moreI booked into this pension for 9 nights in the summer. While the room was okay, the bathroom was very small. If you are on the second floor as I was, people will walk past your window during the night getting to their room.||The biggest problem at night was that it is just across the street from St. Jacobs Church, where the bells ring every 15 minutes.||It said breakfast was included, an out right lie. There was a breakfast room, but you had to bring your own food. ||Although I booked for 9 nights, the owner who was quite unfriendly, informed me on day 7 that I could not stay the 9th night, even though I had paid for it, because she had booked a large group for that night and the following 2 nights.||Never go there. Read moreStayed for 3 nights whilst visiting Kutna Hora, new owners have transformed this Pension. They were welcoming and all requests were met. The room although small was homely and comfortable with clean towels and bedding. Breakfast was tasty, with delicious bread, plenty to eat and drink. Situated centrally we could easily visit all areas of the town with ease. A pleasant garden to sit and enjoy a drink. Church was being renovated, so no church bells to spoil our sleep. Would love...
