Will definitely return if I'm visiting the area.|I was impressed at the hotel rooms for a hotel of this size and budget. Rooms were quiet for a good sleep. Spacious to leave an open luggage and yet do not feel like it's obstructing your space. My room had a dedicated workspace which kept the experience of working a couple of extra hours very comfortable. The bed was comfortable with plenty of pillow choices. The bathroom was another really great space. Spacious and with a bath which was a blessing after a few hard days. The jacuzzi effect was just well beyond what was expected for such a hotel. It was just great. The room also had all amenities required...ironing, mini bar, coffee, and the extra addition of a couple of chocolates and crisps for that unexpected late night craving. To add to all this the room had a terrace equipped with a small table and two chairs. Weather was not permitting when I visited but on any warmer season day it would be a nice place to just chill with a cold drink. |Each place was very clean. From the common areas to the room, to the bathroom. Everything worked well with no issues at all. Granted, there are always the odd small breakages here and there but nothing which posed an eyesore or which inhibited function in any way. |Breakfast was always fresh and tasty. Not too much and with no waste. Just ample to feel fully satisfied in every way.|The bar, even if small, was enough for that odd whiskey just before heading to bed. The choice of spirits was enough and I couldn't expect more.|Finally, regarding the service, it was exceptionally friendly at all times. I couldn't tell whether the concierge and management was freshly starting a shift or just about to finish it. They always attended to us with a smile, in a very friendly manner and they always tried to go that extra bit to what we asked. Even if this is generally expected in this industry I still keep in mind that these are still humans and can be affected by tiredness and a host of other things, but in this case, all the staff seemed like they have their customers really at heart. ||The last bit, is about the parking, which was always provided without any hassle whatsoever. Parking inside in a secure place without any heavy thoughts that the car might be damaged helped a lot. It is against a cost but it is very reasonable and well worth the price. ||Conclusion...I will definitely be returning to this hotel and it will be my first port of call for my next visit. Highly...

I rarely leave reviews, but my experience at this Hotel was so appalling I feel obligated to warn others.
From the moment I checked in, it was clear this hotel has no concept of cleanliness, professionalism, or basic hospitality standards. Upon entering my room, I was greeted by white stains at the side of the bed and black hair from a stranger right on the bedding — utterly disgusting and unforgivable for any establishment claiming to be a hotel.
The walls were filthy and damaged, with marks, scrapes, and peeling areas everywhere. Broken lightbulbs and LEDs and dark TV even on max brightness left parts of the room dim and depressing, and to make things worse, I discovered a live wire sticking out from underneath the bed — a legitimate safety hazard that should never be present in a guest room.
As if that wasn’t enough, the front desk was practically non-existent. I saw someone at the reception counter a total of three times during my entire stay, and even then, they were glued to their pc watching YouTube instead of doing their jobs. There was zero information provided about the hotel services, restaurant hours — nothing. I had no idea how to even find my room number when checking in.
The restaurant reservation system is a complete scam. I booked and paid for two meals in advance, only to arrive and be told no reservation existed. No apology, no assistance, no refund and as of now no response to my follow-up complaint... Outrageous!
The original room they gave me was literally inside the breakfast room area, meaning no privacy when going out early and constant noise early in the morning. The state of that room forced me to downgrade to a lesser room, but of course, they still charged me for the original booking. There was no elevator access to the upper rooms, and carrying luggage up several flights of narrow stairs was a struggle, especially when the hotel staff is nowhere to be found.
This hotel is a disorganized, unhygienic, and a dangerous mess. I genuinely cannot believe this place is allowed to operate under these conditions. Avoid this place at all costs, there are far better and safer options elsewhere.
Zero stars if I could.

Read moreWow! By far one of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed at in all of my travels! The room had the most comfortable bed. There were 3 different types of pillows to choose from and a pillow information card next to the bed to let you know which is the best for you depending how you sleep. I had one of the best nights of sleep even being just above the noisy square. The lighting was incredible- came with a remote to choose the color you wanted the room to be. The bathroom-amazing! It was enclosed with glass walls and a remote to work the curtains for privacy. The shower had a rain shower head and an adjustable one as well. The tub had jets for full relaxation (which I will have to try next time). The only thing about the shower/tub was it was high to step into and a bit dangerous to get out of. The staff was so incredibly attentive (Lucy was so nice!) and the entire experience here exceeded our expectations! We will definitely be coming back and stay here again! And the views! Just beautiful everywhere you looked! We were torn between going out and looking at all the beauty Prague has or just staying in this luxurious room. Did I mention how heavenly the room smelled? I don’t know what it was but it just made everything feel so relaxing and chic at the same time. The details they provide make this a perfect experience....
