Hello,|So, first day I arrived at the hotel and I entered in the room..was very warm inside, getting sun directly into the window, and I decided to go speak with the reception if was possible to change me room for something more fresh or with a balcony, they replied saying that non of the balconies room were available and there was no room with AC...meanwhile some people arrived to the hotel, and they didn't had any room booked, those people asked if they could have some room with balconies, and they offered them rooms with balconies....4 rooms with balcony were distributed for that persons, unfortunately for them I know the persons...cause they are my colleagues... I felt discriminated...|Then, I noticed that my fridge wasn't refrigerating and my curtains were unplugged from the zip. I went to the reception and asked if they could get me a fridge that works, they said yes and I took the fridge to the reception and got the one working up to the room and put my food inside(egg sandwich, fruit salad, etc..), about the curtains I just asked if I could get a little stairs to plug the curtains to the zipper, since the room is very tall and I can't get there with a chair, they reply saying they would take care of it tomorrow. In the next day I went to work, and when I got to the room at the end of the day what was my surprise that the curtains were still the same and they decided to take out the fridge that was working and put the one that wasn't working again...they touched in all my food without my authorization and stuffed it inside of the broken fridge...food was warm and probably ruined...i had to throw it to the garbage. I went to the reception asking why they took the fridge that was working and got me the broken one again...it seems that they decided to give that fridge that was working to other person and claimed that the one I had before(the broken one) was working cause the light works........so if was working why they took the one that was working from my room and didn't gave the one that is broken to that person since it was working?... Totally disrespectful and treating me like dumb.|More, besides the bad management also the breakfast is awful and in times of covid no one in the hotel uses mask. And they don't change the bed sheets, they just leave it all there remaking the bed with the same sheets... |This hotel? Never again! I'm a humble and polite person but I have my limits. Read moreThe hotel was on renovation period. While it had a sign that stated noises will occur during times between 9am and 5:30 pm the noises actually started at 8 and sometimes even at 7:30. That made it impossible to sleep in the morning, or even at noon if you wanted to rest after spending all morning traveling. After complaining about this 4 days later to reception I got a louzy 10% discount to the anyway way-to-high price they're charging per night, but only for the last 2 nights, meaning I suffered in silence for 5 days and then was charged full and ridiculous price for it. Not to mention room service barged in my room 3 times during the stay and ever showed up to clean only 4 times that means I only ASKED for cleaning ONCE and the other times I got maids IN MY ROOM WITHOUT ASKING OR KNOCKING THE DOOR. Read moreThe worst was that I asked for non smoking room and it wasnt. First it smelled like a toilet products and in the morning like an astray. The room was very poorly heated, I woke up several times by cold. I had very bad sleep and on top of it, the breakfast wasn't not good. The worst coffee ever! Of course no shampoo, no hairdryer, no toothbrush, nothing but towel and very bad soap. The hotel is not cheap and I have expected a little bit more.
