location - close to a train station, bus station, central bus station; there is also a mall nearby AC big bathtub large safe - I was able to put my full frame camera, telephoto lens and tablet there with space to spare room design - look & feel- very elegant, stylish, lot of mirror/glass everywhere, color changing ambient lights are a nice touch room design - practicality - location of labeled light switches, number and location of wall outlets, pull out drawer in the closet with a kettle, remote controlled curtains, storage space drawer under the bed and probably more things can't remember right now welcome note + info about who prepared the room for you all room amenities you can think of (e.g. kettle, nespresso machine, ironing board, umbrella, toiletries, ...) great breakfast options - there should be no issue for people with food intolerancies/allergies or healthy food junkies to put a breakfast together; I was very pleasantly surprised when saw soy milk there staff - polite, nice, helpful; when had an issue with the lock in my room on the second day, they let me choose a new room from all unoccupied designer rooms ( chose a room called Beauty of the North, simple, elegant, lot of light wood surfaces, glass door to bathroom) price to comfort/service ratio is incredible

All in all, this was my best hotel experience ever and am very likely to stay there next time am in Liberec, or try out another hotel from Pytloun chain in other locations in the future. Thanks a lot to the two amazing receptionists who were there...
