Pension Karin — Hotel in okres Trutnov

Great little place just out of town. Clean, tidy, quiet, friendly. Lovely rooms - we had a "suite" with shared tables and kitchen area which was perfect for our needs. Good breakfasts (and sandwich bags so you could do take away lunches too). Beers, wine and juices available to buy at reasonable prices. ||Pavel the owner and host is a bit of a character and perhaps a bit fussy, but really could not be nicer. No noise after 10pm was fair enough. Was full of kids when we got there and that was no problem.||Ski and board hire available and if he's not got kit he'll get t from next door. He will even wax your snowboard for a couple of quid. Easy access to ski bus and there's a beginners tow up to the Medvedin slopes not far away so you can walk there. ||Bedrichov is a little village itself with a few decent bars and eateries and it's 15 mins walk to Centrum (and down) to the night skiing, but you can get the bus day time if you have no car.||There's a "Wellness Centre" a few hundred metres away too for...

We enjoyed Spindleruv Mlyn for the third year for skiing. This year we stayed at Pension Karin together with 3 other couples and their children (4 -15 years). We had a family-room (2 separated rooms) with one bathroom at the first floor. The beds are comfortable and the shower is hot and has a powerful spray. The view from the window was at the street and the mountain slopes. ||Overall, very clean, basic breakfast with coffee and thee, seperated room for skies and shoes....

We were satisfied with the facilities of the place. But this is highly not recommended for young people and for any kinds. of the celebrations including New Year...the owner is extremely curious about every noise at the hotel and tries to put lots of silly restrictions: such as :no guests allowed, no talking from 9 pm, save energy..etc.||Think carefully before choosing...
