Pension Sport — Hotel in okres Trutnov

This was the worst experience ever.||||It all started from the beginning. When we arrived, the lady who is the owner and manager did not even greet us and immediately told us off about parking. We were aware that parking is limited but there could be a better way to say that rather then shout at us.||||After that we were told by her to remove shoes which was a bit strange. It was the first hotel where you are asked to remove shoes.||||We were group of 8 friends and we booked two rooms - one for 4 person and the other for 6pax. The lady was not pleased with that and told us to be quiet during the night. ||||We respected her wish and tried to be as quiet as possible. We did not even play any loud music at all and we were just talking. Later during the night, that lady (owner) came to our room and told us that she will call police because apparently we were too loud. It was really confusing because we were keeping the noise down.||||Anyhow, in the morning the lady told us to leave the hotel. It was shocking. I never expected to be kicked out from a hotel. She treated us like we were kids. As we did not want to argue with her, we left the hotel. On the contrary, she had no right to kick us from the hotel.||||Honestly, that person should never run a hotel or deal with customers. It was...

This is the first negative review I'm writing:(|When choosing b&b it is not a boutique-style room or exquisite cuisine I expect, but friendly people who will make you feel at home away from home. Here, however, the two hosts we met were neither friendly nor welcoming. At times, we felt like intruders. It was the first time in my life I had been told off by the owner !!! I wonder how a person who is not able to smile or say "goodbye" to her guests run such a business. The reasonably sized rooms and moderate price can' t really make up for terrible attitude of the owner. On the top of that, there is a problem with parking spaces and guests keep blocking each other's cars on the drive. All in all, I won't come back there and do recommend looking for a better...

Exactly what you would expect from a Pension. Rooms were clean and comfortable, but basic. Shared kitchen area had everything you need and was also very clean. |Owner greeted us 1st day and gave us necessary info.|Her mother lives in the pension and you are very aware to keep noise levels low. So don’t come here if you are a group that want to play music or be a bit rowdy in rooms.|I noticed windows had been open whilst we were out so the owner or her mother were obviously coming into room - which I found unusual but didn’t really bother us.|Location is 5 min walk to ski bus stop or 15 mins to the nearest ski lift. The centre of town is 15 mins walk. Nearest supermarket is 10 mins.|All in all...
