Hotel Magic Tropical — Hotel in La Hispaniola

I wish I could give 10 stars!

I felt I was leaving family after my stay. The staff was very attentive and the hotel itself is very clean. There is housekeeping and clean sheets/towels, DAILY! The pool is cleaned DAILY! There is secure private parking and the beach is walking distance.

There was no hidden fees and the hotel owner was very transparent the entire time - a rare thing with hotels, and also multilingual for ample communication.

A breakfast menu was included in the rate and it tasted excellent, along with the coffee, and Lily’s & Wendy Service. I will most definitely be returning. It was very welcoming and diverse! ¡Ojalá pudiera dar 10 estrellas!

Sentí que dejaba a mi familia después de mi estadía. El personal fue muy atento y el hotel en sí está muy limpio. Hay servicio de limpieza y sábanas y toallas limpias, ¡TODOS LOS DÍAS! ¡La piscina se limpia DIARIAMENTE! Hay un parqueo privado y seguro, y la playa está a poca distancia.

No hubo tarifas ocultas y el propietaria del hotel fue muy transparente todo el tiempo, algo raro en los hoteles.

Un menú de desayuno estaba incluido en la tarifa y sabía excelente, junto con el café....

Hotel Magic Tropical is wonderful! Just a quick walk to a grocery and convenience store or the beach and several great restaurants near by. The kitchen and bar staff is fantastic. They served a delicious breakfast with the best coffee every morning and made fabulous pina coladas when they had pineapples on hand. Everything is kept extremely clean and the whole hotel is gated so everyone is buzzed in and out, very safe. There is a large, beautiful pool and patio area, a covered dining area as well as a small bar and a pool table. Camilla is a very friendly and accommodating hostess. She was happy to help with any questions we had and even arranged a trip to Saona island for our whole group. Let me not forget to mention the fantastic massage therapist! 10 out of 10...

Dont pay the help for any meals. Pay the owner directly or add it to the room. The help will steal the money and claim you didn't pay. Not a big deal. Meals are not too expensive. Rooms are not updated and let a lot of noise in through the windows. Water heater is talkless propane on demand type so it's a bit temperamental which is Not the hotels fault.
