KSL Residence — Hotel in La Hispaniola

It was a good stay I just had some minor issues,I had to take cold showers ,it's a switch in your room you turn on before using the hot water but mine only got hot 1time,then my lock on my door was not working and I was on the outside trying to get in,maintenance had to come and take the lock outta the door,took about 40min too get in and about the same to put a new one in,they have the good drying towels,then I had to get maintenance again because my gas stove was not working 😕 I liked the space, the full fridge the security of the premised and those nice size drying towels I liked,only regular size bed but I love the apartment concept.Then I went to the kitchen late night to get some water and then I found roaches...ask my friend had he seen any but he said no,I didn't see them anywhere else buy the counter tops and inside the cabinet...I am highly allergic to roaches so imagine my surprise. Overall it was an ok stay,if I had hot water and np roaches it would be...

Die Ferienanlage wirkt insgesamt leider sehr heruntergekommen. Während einige Gebäudeteile gut erhalten sind, befinden sich andere in einem schlechten Zustand. Der Poolbereich wird anscheinend nicht gereinigt, und die Dächer der ehemaligen Bar sowie der Unterhaltungsplattform sind stark verrottet. Zudem liegt ein unangenehmer, muffiger Geruch in der Luft. Es ist wirklich schade um diese Anlage, da sie viel Potenzial hätte.

In der Wohnung, die wir gemietet haben, gibt es allerdings einige positive Aspekte. Sie ist sehr gut eingerichtet und bietet sowohl einen Ventilator als auch eine Klimaanlage, was den Aufenthalt bei warmem Wetter angenehm macht. Leider kommt es jedoch häufig zu Unterbrechungen der Wasserversorgung in der Küche und im Bad, was den Komfort erheblich beeinträchtigt.

Einige Verbesserungen in der Instandhaltung der Anlage und der Infrastruktur der Wohnungen könnten das Erlebnis deutlich verbessern und die Attraktivität der Ferienanlage...

Great beach. But other than that it is a little sketchy. Someone tried to break I'm our room my last night there. When i reported the issue to the property manager, she said that the cameras were not working and they are trying to fix the problem. The owner was nice, but unsafe area and cameras...
