Front Loop. The Reef condos, the Club NS… I did not stay a whole week but did spent a couple of nights, and visit the condos, just in case, for the next visit. Superb! If they allow me, I would say, up-the-scale Swiss-made and run. Intelligent design, excellent taste and location, and above all, a personal attention with a genuine sense of quality of service.||The club, the sports activities and the restaurant-café (It is not simply food but real meals and cocking, excellent variety and quality) are of the same brand. I have been there 4 times. The founders- owners are still on the spot day and night, multilingual, always available and serviceable, very well connected to every services and people in the area. Above all, they’ve been able to train and keep enthusiastic a very efficient team, paying attention to details and upgrading themselves all the year long. A surprising professional environment which made my stays and visits always high quality moments. My family and guests have also enjoyed the same satisfaction. Owned and run by Caroline and Alain from Switzerland, centrally located in the quite zone of Cabarete Bay (on a little side street) but barefoot walking distance along the beach from all the restauants and bars, Le Reef is the ideal place for people who look for relaxation and activities on the water. Healthy quality food in the Frontloop restaurant with fresh fruits, vegetables and seafood prepared by an inspired staff makes a stay just complete - not to forget the Illy Espressos, what a treat. The pool on restaurant level makes it an ideal place for families - kids can play in the water and parents can enjoy the restaurant and bar.||Not to forget, it is one of the few places where you can use credit cards!||I stayed in the Hakuna Matata room on the second floor with an incredible view, two bedrooms with bathroom, a large living room with kitchen and an incredible balcony makes it an ideal place for family and friends.||A nap on the big lounge bed on the balcony under a huge vent is a treat when it is getting to hot...

Appartement "Windguru" au 1er étage face à la mer à Noël : spacieux et très confortable avec terrasse pour se prélasser sur des grands matelas. 2 chambres avec pour chacune : lit en 180, salle de bain et wc séparés. Ménage soigné fait tous les jours. Serviettes de plage à disposition. Accueil ultra chaleureux. Personnel dévoué et aux petits soins pour ses clients. Spot de windsurf juste en face avec plan d'eau assez technique surtout à Noël. Matériel varié et jeux pour enfants et adultes à disposition : hamacs sur la plage, terrain de volley et foot, skimboard, jeux d'équilibre... . Snack (juste en bas entre les appartements et la plage) excellent et peu onéreux avec des plats du jour et des cocktails variés. Petite piscine dans laquelle on sirote un cocktail en fin de journée en regardant la mer. Petite structure au calme dans une contre-rue et au coeur des petits commerces et des restaurants de plage. Belle grande plage pour de longues balades à pied, en footing ou à cheval. Beaucoup d'activités proposées à l'accueil et sur la plage (Billy pour les excursions), massage sur la plage (Marie-Héléna : la plus belle et la plus mince : c'est ce qu'elle dit d'elle-même et c'est vrai) et les bracelets faits maisons (Nicolas avec un sourire jusqu'aux oreilles). ||Peu de vent le matin puis montée en puissance dès 13h00. Les débutants peuvent malgré tout prendre des leçons au bord de la plage car le vent est surtout fort en s'éloignant au large. Eau à 25/26 degrés.👙🏊||Nous sommes arrivés à St Domingue et avons traversé toute l'île du sud au nord pour aller à Cabernet : 4 heures de route : c'est long mais magnifique car les paysages sont superbes. Nous n'avons pas vu le temps passer. Se renseigner sur l'aéroport à 20min qui est Puerto Plata desservi par la compagnie low cost de Lufthansa : Condor : Bordeaux ou Paris Munich Puerto Plata : pas cher et pratique ||Des vacances de rêve dans un endroit superbe entourés de gens adorables.||Quoi de mieux?!||Nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir pour exploiter des coins que nous n'avons pas eu le temps de faire en 10 jours.
