Having discovered this restaurant in PP, we were pleased with its new location in the Cabarete. But after a while there was great disappointment. The food is very low quality for the price they charge. The service is very slow and rude after you try to speed them up. Ones we came the food was super salty, it was impossible to eat. We told the waiter to pass this information to the kitchen, so they would know, but we always paid for the food no matter how bad it was. Also, your order may be received incorrectly, and they will even try to prove to you that this is exactly what you ordered. I ordered red pepper beef, the waiter brought me Mongolian beef and convinced me of what I ordered. then she gave me back the same plate, but with red pepper on top. I refused to eat and returned the dish. This time I refused to pay for this nonsense. I advise you: if you return food and refuse to pay, do not return to this place, you will not be greeted and will be refused to be served. To avoid all this from the very beginning, I simply do not advise you to go there at all. You may ask why we kept returning there? I will answer, we liked the food at PP and we know how tasty it can be, we returned every time giving it a chance in the hope that this time it would be tastier, better, but we realized that in the Cabarete both the food and service and attitude towards the client are of very low quality and it will never get better, because the owners themselves do not value their clients, unfortunately. We definitely won't go to their restaurant in PP either, enough is enough.. They definitely need to learn...

When I complained, the waitress just kept on walking. I tried to force myself to eat it but couldn't. Then I asked if they can replace the food or at least give me a discount and it was denied. The manager just looked at us with a smirk on his place. DO NOT EAT...
Read moreAte here 3 times while staying in Cabarete because it is better than the Asian food we find in our Chicago suburb! Every dish is worth trying but our kids love the bao, lo mein, and orange chicken. I loved the spicy Thai rice! They will prepare dishes vegetarian if possible and you ask! Wait times for your food at restaurants are long in the DR in general, but you can relax and enjoy your drink...
