Sea Waves Hostel — Hotel in Red Sea

We booked this place based on the reviews, I don’t think the people rating this hotel so high actually stayed here! The owner is very grumpy, when he couldn’t sell us a tour he even didn’t look at us anymore. The guy lives at night (when we try to sleep, there was loud music and loud talking) and he sleeps during the day (when people want to check in). He really does it for the money, and absolutely not with love. We had to wait until the night for the WiFi code (it was treated like the biggest national secret!), and when we finally got it, the WiFi didn’t even work properly! The WiFi is really bad! The beds are dirty, the bathroom is dirty and somethings aren’t cleaned in years. The mirrors are pasted against the wall with some tape and you can’t even see your own reflection as it is so dirty! We stayed for two nights in Sea Waves Hostel. We had chosen this place for its location in the old town and were happy with our choice. The price is very good, the rooms and bathrooms are clean, the shared living room and the rooftop are very comfortable. That's a very nice, quiet, cozy and friendly place, his owner Mr. Hany is the best, he is always ready to help you in anything you need, he offers you breakfast when you wake up, there's always coffee available for you "without any cost", when you are leaving is not complicated with checking out at an specific time, he is flexible and we felt very comfortable and happy while staying at his hostel. The place is very near to the public beach, there are many many supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, anything you need is centric and make sure he'll always help you and assist you in anything you need.
