EDIT2 months after : while I had a really good time my first visit, my experience was kind of different the second time.
The room wasn't available until 3pm, the dorms and bathroom were not as clean as my first stay. Very shortstaffed, they're trying their best as they're always mov8ng around, but it may be time to hire another person
Only 1 towel per person, it can be a small or big one depending on your luvk
The hostel was calm and relaxing the first time, not this time : multiple families with kids were staying there, they would watch YouTube videos all day long in the common areas, full sound blasting
In the women dorm, the beds don't have electricity outlets, only 2 out of 6. If you are the top bunk, or the bed in front of the door, know that you wouldn't be able to charge your electronics
Still a good hostel by Dahab standard, but not at all what I experienced the first time after their opening
By far the best hostel in Dahab! The staff is available and welcoming, the facilites are brand new, the pool is AMAZING and cleaned multiple times daily as the rest of the hostel. Very clean, nice design, AC in every room, each dorm has its own bathroom, everything was perfect ! it almost feels more like a boutique hotel than a hostel !
i'll definitely come back here everytime...
Read moreI stayed in a private room for a week at Nomads Hostel, and overall it was a great experience. It’s a quiet and peaceful place in Dahab where you can really relax, and it’s also very clean and comfortable.
The staff are super friendly—special thanks to Ramadan, Naira, and Abdurrahman for their kindness. You can hang out and socialize in the common area, use the kitchen, and even get your laundry done for free. There’s also a small, clean pool in the backyard where you can chill or take a swim.
One of the downside is that the Wi-Fi signal from the modem in the common area doesn’t reach the upper floors very well, so internet use there is limited. Also due to location of hostel, you must use dusty road which is very hard to walk with baggage. Other than that, it’s definitely a hostel where you can stay and enjoy your time with...
Read moreWe really enjoyed our 3 night stay here! Abdallah (the manager) is very friendly and helpful, as are the other staff.
I would recommend booking a taxi transfer to/from Sharm and tours through the hostel. We booked tours through another agency and got a better price from the hostel (after we had already booked).
It's brand new so all the facilities have hardly been used. On the other hand, it lacks a bit of cosiness, but that's normal for a new hostel!
We had a small problem with our bathroom and it was fixed straight away.
I highly recommend...
