Very nice location and district, rooms are also nice, large, clean. Unfortunately, the isolation is poor, and for me it is kind of a dealbreaker (unless noone else is staying the in the house). I am staying in the room on the ground floor and I can hear every step of the neighbours above - not only that, children are running and the whole room is vibrating for hours…It is not that the other guests are doing something wrong, but the isolation is not good. The host has very poor communication style. We were arriving in Tartu earlier that check-in time and were wondering if we could drop our stuff already, so I wrote to the host via Booking if we could check-in earlier.
