I stayed in room 213, which had a loft with 3 beds. The room also had a sauna which we did not use. Upon arrival, there was no toilet paper in the restroom, but our go to contact person, Laura informed via text that we could purchase them at the supermarket next to us or use the bidet. How does a hotel not provide toilet paper? The second night of our stay, we noticed our room became cold, but didn’t think much of it. The room became freezing our last night there to which Laura informed that the heaters were on and that we could adjust the heat with a white remote control, which was nowhere to be found. Wouldn’t it be important to have a device like this visible for us to see? My second text regarding not finding the remote was read and ignored leaving us to sleep in the cold. The next morning, after we checked out, Laura informed me there was indeed a problem with the heater. Go figure. I would not recommend staying here. The location is perfect, on one of the main streets in Sirkka (Levi) easy to find, easy to check in at the office a few meters away. Once you get the key, you'll use the code to open the safe box. A gas station and market is right next to the building, opened till late in case you need anything. The temperature inside was perfect, around 24 constantly, even at -27C outside. The studio has all you need, washing machine, toaster, plates, it's basically like a home. Very clean, with comfortable bed, the bathroom is clean, new, with a small sauna.
