I've been here before and it's a great experience every time.

However, please do something about your menu design! Your poor staff have to explain your menu to every table of foreign tourists thatcomes in.

This suggests that your menu is badly designed. Because your menu is incomprehensible to tourists - your staff have to waste their time doing the job that a well-designed menu should do...

Your customers and staff will thank you - and you'll probably boost turnover too!

Seriously, if you want more people to go for your famous fish buffet then make that the star of the menu perhaps calling it "Our FAMOUS Seafood Buffet"!

Really bad service from the start. The "recommendations" made were bad. If choosing anything else it was "not recommended". Waiter basically didn't like anything he's selling. Very expensive restaurant with much better options around the city. We had to wait over 1 hour 15minutes for the food. After telling the potato's were still raw we got told we had a raw attitude.

Steak was "nice" but not worth the trouble nor the waiting time. Buffet is bad, not enough for everyone and hot foods were cold....

We had dinner at this place with 2 adults and it was one of our most lovely evenings we had in Levi. We took their "dinner option" with "fish all you can eat buffet" as a starter, reindeer and beef steak with different kinds of potatoes as main course. Brownie as dessert.
