Do not rent stuff here, they don't take care of them and they will not offer or give refunds. We rented 5 bikes. One turned out to be broken but semi fixed with a zip-tie. Another one broke because the chain was completely worn out. He had to walk back which ruined his participation.

Another bike chain broke later on even though the user was careful (since one had already broken). That poor sod had to hike down the darn mountain dragging the broken bike. When he got there the repair guy was on lunch and it was impossible for him to pause that to put on a new chain.

I know it's late in the season but this is just pathetic service. It's even more sad when you factor in that tourism is important to the town.

A great place to hire and buy ski passes. The staff are great with knowing what you need. The facilities are up to date and the cafe serves up tasty treats and hot drinks, perfect for a little respite from the cold.

Après 10 ans de snowboard j’ai voulu louer des skis. Après quelques pistes les sensations n’étant pas là j’ai voulu échanger pour un snow. Le personnel m’a tout d’abord demandé de partir sans raison ne me laissant même pas expliquer la situation. Après avoir parlé à un autre membre du personnel, on m’explique qu’il est impossible d’échanger des skis contre un snow même en payant un supplément (chose que j’ai déjà fait en France). Obligation de rendre les skis que je viens de louer il y a 1h pour louer un snow au prix fort !!! Et une fois arrivé à la caisse l’employé est très désagréable et veut aller au plus vite en vous donnant le premier snow qu’elle voit même s’il n’est pas adapté !!! Et pas de réduction, aucun geste commercial ! Vraiment à fuir si vous avez le moindre problème on vous jettera ou on vous fera payer...
