Had an excellent stay for one night while visiting Epernay - I wish I could have stayed longer! The room was so cozy and the bed comfortable - everything was spotless. The communication from the hotel was helpful - after booking they reached out with information about parking since the hotel does not have its own lot, and the hours someone would be at the front desk. My flight was delayed and I arrived late, and the staff was there to check me in as promised. The breakfast was good, and the staff so helpful - as I was loading my car upon checkout I thought I had lost my phone - everyone there including the cleaning staff was helping me search. I was really appreciative and impressed by the service! If I get a chance to get back to Epernay I will definitely book...

On July 26, 2023 I stayed here. The room and hotel are beautiful and clean.
Despite this, I highly recommend not staying here. The woman who checked us in was so rude. She had curly hair worn in a pony tail and thin rimmed glasses.
From the moment we got there, she glared at us and made it known she didn’t like any of this guests. I watched her be rude to other guests who were inquiring about the breakfast.
She seemed extremely annoyed when asked any question about check in and whether we could have coffee. She made us feel so uncomfortable and should not be working in hospitality. This happened across multiple days with many people.

A cute boutique hotel featuring a good-sized room with a large shower and closet space. The room has a writing desk, a well stocked refrigerator with food and drink items to purchase.
The bed was extremely comfortable, and the shower was relaxing. The TV in the room was very small and not a smart TV. I was not able to cast movies or my computer screen.
The hotel is located by the Epernay balloon ride and several tasting rooms. The hotel is located by a church and is convenient to many restaurants.
Parking for the hotel is on the street. There is no valet, but when we checked in, the person at the front desk showed us our room and explained the amenities.
The room has eclectic crown mounding and a velvet chair....
