This was an absolutely terrible experience for my three daughters who stayed at this hotel. Sunday check in dirty, see Pictures. Monday, one daughter hit by elevator door (told staff and they didn’t seem to care, told manager when leaving and he acknowledged problem - he knew it was a problem but needs a technician to fix it). Monday night fridge keep beeping and couldn’t stop it. Called down to front desk and asked front desk to send someone to fix it and they said no wait til tomorrow. Brought dirty picture pillow down after that call when they noticed it and told them again about the fridge, guy at front desk came up, tried to fix but couldn’t, said not rooms to move them to and left. They did provide a clean pillow. The girls couldn’t pull the fridge out to unplug it.
When checking out early, the girls said change of plans checking out now the manager was rude (how come - why?, questioned them). Then they listed the issues and he changed his tune and said get deposit and last night but not the 3rd, 4th nights.
Full List of Issues: bath tub dirty (see picture) towel extremely dirty (see picture) got a new one brought up wiped counter cloth was really dirty after wiping it indicating it couldn’t have been clean stove top dirty (see picture) sheer curtains doesn’t even cover window. There wasn't a solid curtain (light came in early) (see picture) window doesn’t fully close - there is a gap in the window (see picture) heater / ac didn’t turn on and is broken (see picture) used their own wash cloth, placed it on towel rack when wet and when they picked it up it was very dirty (see picture) noticed stain on bedsheet (see picture) noticed stain on pillow (see picture) fridge kept beeping (listen to recording) on second email. elevator hit daughter and nearly knocked her over (force and surprise)
Front desk didn't seem to care when they raised issues. The stay was for 5 nights and after the second night, where they didn't sleep due to the beeping and feeling unclean due to dirty environment they checked out. The front desk, only after repeating the issues gave them the last night and deposit back.
Once they were home Expedia and I, after showing the pictures, tried to get the other two nights they didn't stay back. The manager would not return the payment. When addressing the issues with the manager, like the beeping all night he said if you had told us of the issue they could have fixed it. My daughters not only told them, a person came to the room and couldn't fix it.
Stay far away from this hotel. If we could give negative stars, it would be - 5.

Read moreThe staff is not friendly and was very rude and unprofessional. They never talk in English even if they know it. I was supposed to check in on 31st February. There was a fire the day before and the water supply was blocked - hence they were relocating the entire residents from the building to a temporary relocation for upto 6 days into one of their near franchise. This was informed 2 hours after I arrived at the hotel. They made me wait from 4 PM and I was told I'll be relocated around 7.30 PM to my temporary relocation- coming from India after a tiresome flight I didn't have any other option but to wait. Even after 8 PM they didn't arrange any cab's or acted on their so called relocation plans. Around 8.30 PM they provided two cabs to relocate people to two different hotels - and each cab will shuttle 4 people each. Think about it! How hard it would have been. After a long queue people who left to one of the relocation centre came back saying there were no rooms available there - and this was were I was supposed to stay. After long wait to talk to the so called receptionist - I was at last told that I had no reservation there - around 9.30 P M. Think about it. Coming to a strange land at the middle of night without anywhere to stay! This was my very first visit to Europe and the first day was spoiled because of this stupid hotel and the inefficient people running it - without an execution strategy! And I can't even relate to the unprofessionalism of the staff - even the Manager or the people who pretended to be the Manager of the apartment left early without even ensuring that the residents are all settled and okay! Worst hospitality I have ever seen!

Read moreNever again, ripped us off 160 euro and went home with bed bugs, thanks for nothing. First they told us the room wasn't paid, so we had to pay bar cash in the middle of the night to be able to sleep there, even though we had prove of the payment, but somehow it didn't show up in their system.. then a few days after trying to explain it has been paid they realized they were in the wrong side and it has been paid (thanks for all the stress and trouble for all the days of our stay). They then first gave us the wrong room with 1 bed in the middle of the night, and had afterwards only a room with 5 beds, either though we ordered 6 beds. They didn't want to refund the bed that was missing, thanks for nothing! The service shouted at us and left the discussion, because they couldn't handle their own mistakes (how disrespectful do want to be?). After this horrible experience with the hotel one of our group had to find out to come home with bed bugs, let's hope it's just one person, but I'm sure someone else will get symptoms soon as well! I really don't understand why they are a 4 star hotel, this place is sht! Guys, find something else...
