am writing to add critical details to my existing complaint (#66388549) and request full refunds for my tickets to WWE Clash in Paris (August 31, 2025) and Monday Night Raw (September 1, 2025) at Paris La Défense Arena, due to a traumatic assault by a security guard during the Clash event, which has left me too afraid to return to the venue. On August 31, 2025, at approximately 10:30 PM, I was unjustly ejected from WWE Clash in Paris (Ticket #345176507, original seat D11, Row 49, Seat 24, reassigned to D7, Row 25, Seat 40). I arrived late at 8:00 PM due to the venue’s camera policy and requested a better seat, as the original did not match the premium experience promised. After waiting an hour for food due to only two vendors, I sought assistance. A security guard in a red shirt was helping me find a seat and asked me to wait in another area. Moments later, another guard, who spoke no English, demanded I leave. Despite my attempts to explain, a third guard—tall, blond, with a goatee, wearing a suit—grabbed my jacket and forcefully shoved me out, causing physical discomfort and severe emotional trauma. This unprovoked assault, compounded by language barriers and the venue’s lack of customer service, ruined my holiday as a tourist.Due to this trauma, I am too afraid to attend Monday Night Raw on September 1, 2025, at the same venue, fearing another encounter with the security agency responsible. The venue’s lack of a phone line has made resolving this issue challenging.Details: Ticket/Order Number: 345176507 Events: WWE Clash in Paris (August 31, 2025, seat D11-49-24, reassigned to D7-25-40); Monday Night Raw (September 1, 2025, [add seat details if known]) Incident: Assault by a security guard (tall, blond, goatee, in a suit) at 10:30 PM, August 31, 2025, causing physical and emotional harm Impact: Inability to attend Monday Night Raw due to fear; holiday ruined Requests: Full refund for both WWE Clash in Paris and Monday Night Raw tickets due to ejection, assault, and resulting trauma. Confirmation of this updated complaint and a response within 7 days. Coordination with Paris La Défense Arena to identify the security agency responsible. As a tourist facing language barriers, I urge a prompt response. I am prepared to escalate this to consumer protection authorities or pursue legal action if...
Read moreThe artist was great, but the venue organization was not! Terrible organization, from security check, to merch line, to food and drink. I also got hit by one of the security guy!
There was no sign about where to go, and when asked, the staff members seem really rude, with some not speaking English at all.
There was a huge line waiting to get merch, and the staff tried to organize us in a snake-like line, but there was no tape or bar to help guide the line. We were told that there was a merch line inside the hall and there were less people there, so we went in to queue there. But the line moved extremely slow!! We weren’t far from the stand, but we stood there for over an hour and the line only moved three times. It was as if there wasn’t even any staff there, or people were taking a crazy amount of time trying to buy a light stick but I doubt was the case.
And don’t even mention the food line. There was only ONE bar opened for the entire floor. I don’t know about the upper floors, because we weren’t allowed to go up or down. So yes, one bar, for the entire floor, and so the line stretched all the way till the end of the stage. I remember the bars outside were closed too when we were there.
In the end, they closed both the merch and food stand abruptly to prepare for the performance, leaving people thirsty and hungry. And when they tried to hurry people to their seats, one of the security guy smack my arm. It was not accidental, because he then told me to go to my seat. I mean, you could just speak to us, why do you need to hit people?!
This was my second time to this arena. The first time was for Taylor Swift concert, and everything went smoothly then. I don’t remember it being this bad.
This was very unfortunate because I enjoyed GD’s...
Read moreI went for the Taylor Swift concert and it seems as thought the event organisers learnt from the many previous complaints, the line to the seated areas were not long and I came 4 hours before the concert just for safe measure just to not need it because the queue took around 45 minutes for me. The security on the other hand was pathetic, I was with my mother and she had a small bag with everything, I wasn’t holding much so they just took a look at me and let me through. No questions or searches, nothing. My mother also got little to no inspection, they just took a peek into her bag and let her through, after getting past the ticket check, the security inside gave me no help when I asked where my section was, I had to run around asking people, when we got in, it was smooth until Paramore came on, there had to be an acoustics issue because the bass was so strong, I had a headache from the first song and couldn’t even here the singer at all. When Taylor came on it was fine, they seemed to fix the bass issue. Exiting was way faster than we expected, it barely took 10 minutes to get out the actual building, but getting out the venue grounds was appalling, there were around 4 exits, and one of them was for taxis only, security did absolutely nothing when people were running under the barrier tape and into the road. The whole venue was packed into such a small area that it became hard to move and I almost lost my mother, who had all our belongings and my phone, overall the exiting needs to be improved upon and the security need to do their job instead of just glancing at me and letting me through, I felt very unsafe after that knowing that anyone could make its through with the level of...
