The room itself was classified as a deluxe room, and spacious enough, but the layout was worse than that of the smaller room an acquaintance got. There was a very small toilet with a sink, and a separate alcove in the bedroom where the shower was. Directly in front of the shower was a large window facing an office building. There was a nice foldable work desk on one wall, but no chair to sit on while using it. The bed was comfortable (as well as the pillows) but deviding the room in an awkward way. Also, the finish on some surfaces looked unfinished, like a work in progress, especially the ceiling. This was much nicer in some other rooms, so it is not a design choice.

Worst of all was the coldness. Upon entering the room from the hallway, we could feel the chill entering our bodies, even with the regulator set on max temperature. Even using two blankets and holding each other, we were freezing. Upon telling the staff about this, they first showed us how to operate the regulator, but we had apparently done everything correctly. The next time, they sent someone to check the regulator, but he concluded that it was working as intended. Lastly, they just told us that the room held the hotel's ambient temperature, and could not be set higher. When we said that the hallway was warmer, they agreed to send someone to check again. At last, we had one night of good sleep before we departed.

All in all, we felt the hotel has a lot of potential, but lacks in some important areas. Not sure we would return on another occasion, but if we did, we would choose the...

I have no particular concern with our stay, the hotel is fairly well located and has good facilities. However the staff is not experienced and It seems like they don’t know much about what they are doing.

It started the day we arrived, we had booked a parking with an electric charger and early checkin a month in advance, The lady at the reception was surprised, not knowing if our room was ready, the electric charger was not working (we were not of course told in advance) then magically started working again when she asked around. There was an obvious lack of communication in the staff perceptible by the guest.

We paid all due charges before leaving, however, they decided to charge our bank card with two additional transactions; they are not able to explain to what they correspond to or produce a bill for it. They promised to reimburse us 2 weeks ago over the phone, that of course did not happen and our email to them remained unanswered.

All in all, the overall inexperience of the staff added to what i qualify as stealing unless proven otherwise is quite opposite to the quality of service they pretend to have. I would rather pay a little bit more and not have to go through all...

This 4-star hotel delivers on everything it promises at a reasonable nightly rate.||We, as a family, combined business and leisure during our stay.||Its location is perfect for business (and leisure) in the La Défense area, with easy walking access to both RER and Metro stations. We could reach Charles de Gaulle – Étoile (Arc de Triomphe area) in only about 5 minutes via RER.||The staff were efficient and polite.||The hotel is fresh and modern, with a cosy and friendly atmosphere in the reception, bar, restaurant, and lounge areas. Access to the room floors is provided via elevators, which are only operable after scanning your room card.||Our family room (915) was very clean, completely quiet, and featured comfortable beds, a wardrobe, a safe, and plenty of space for luggage. It was also equipped with a Nespresso machine, and coffee capsules were provided daily on a complimentary basis. Fortunately, the windows could be opened (halfway) to let in some fresh air. Everything in the bathroom worked perfectly.||Every floor of the hotel is equipped with a "Castalie" water fountain that provides...

I came across a hotel by chance while traveling in Paris and visited it in person to make a reservation. Thanks to the pretty and friendly receptionist, I was able to immediately book and stay for 5 nights under good conditions. This is a new hotel that has only been open for a year, and the room size and condition are excellent. Since I'm traveling by rental car, it's hard to find a hotel in Paris with a spacious underground parking lot, but the security is thorough and the parking facilities are perfect. Because it's in the La Defense area, there are no street cafes or restaurants around, but you can taste great, affordable food at the restaurant on the first floor of the hotel. there is. The club house is open for free until 11pm and offers coffee and refreshments and even has a spacious terrace. Everything is great except that it takes 30-40 minutes to get to the center of Paris by car and there is no refrigerator in the room. I will definitely visit this hotel again next time. I would like to thank the friendly staff once again and hope for the continued development of the hotel.

OKKO Hotel Paris La Défense is a fantastic location, which we chose due to the proximity to the Arena. However, we were very impressed with the room quality, the service from all of the front desk staff with whom we interacted, and the Club. We arrived from the US early and OKKO put up our bags for us and let us into the Club to relax and wait until check-in time. This was a lifesaver as the temperature when we arrived was 40°C and we used public transportation to get there from CDG airport. The room was spotless and comfortable, and the bed was perfect. We have stayed in so many "luxury" hotels over the years where we can't get a good night's sleep, or wake up with an aching back due to the mattress. We experienced no such issues here, we always woke up feeling refreshed. It's within walking distance of the Westfield 4 Temps mall, and many restaurants. It's also just a few minutes from the RATP station, but we ended up using Uber for the convenience factor after the first trip from the airport. We would definitely return here for future stays.
