We stayed for four nights at Villa Du Roc Fleuri. We had a reservation for a double room with a queen-size bed and balcony. The check-in was quick and without any inconvenience.||Although the location is not ideal, as it is situated in a pleasant and safe residential area, it is possible to walk to the city center. However, it should be noted that the path has many slopes and can be challenging for some. Precise directions are necessary, as all the streets wind around, making it easy to get lost.||The rate includes an excellent breakfast. The day before, you must choose from a wide variety of options, including homemade products. Everything is excellent! There is a small dining area that guests can freely use, complete with high-quality tableware, a top-notch coffee maker, teas, and everything needed to enjoy after a long walk. The space and utensils can also be used for dinner or lunch.||Our room was spacious and comfortable, featuring a very good bed, a round table with a chair, and a small balcony. The bathroom was spacious and modern. Outside our room, shared with another room (both on the upper level), there was a small refrigerator that we could use for the food we bought and drinks.||The hosts are extremely friendly and always willing to address any requests. It is important to note that the property is an old one with many stairs; in fact, our room was on an upper level, all accessed by stairs. It may be demanding for those with mobility difficulties. ||We will definitely return if we visit...

She helped us with a trip to Antibes by giving us instructions and a map of what bus routes to take and the best places to explore! Our room was always super clean which also had a 2 booklets of the best places to visit and best bar/restaurants around with a little map to show you where they are! She also has 2 adorable dogs that where very well behaved and trained that would join you at breakfast most days! The Breakfast was Really generous,2 crossiants, cake, bread, baguette, fruit, cheese, yogurt, eggs! The prices for drinks was also very cheap, only €2 for a beer that you could drink while on the terrace! Read moreI stayed there for the festival and I had an awesome experience. The hotel was very clean and cozy, and the location was great for attending the festival: a 10 minute walk to the Palais. However, the best thing about it: breakfast. Me and my friend are still hyped about it several months later. The villa owner Fanny, prepared a simple but delicious breakfast everyday that included homemade things like: eggs, marmalade, pastries, juice and more. I wish I could have it everyday. We skipped some movies because we'd ratter fully enjoy our breakfast experience than to rush it to go watch a movie.||||I hope we can book it...
