A decent experience for the price. I managed to book a room for around a hundred euros per night, which was definitely worth it for us. The entire stay was overall pretty good, but a lot of things had a few small annoyances or shortcomings.
We only spoke to the staff during check in, they seemed friendly and patient. Cleaning staff forgot to give us a towel once, so we had to share a towel for that night. They also didn't thoroughly clean the shower cabin the first night we arrived: there was clearly a weeks worth of limescale on the glass (this was cleaned on our second day, perhaps they descale weekly?) and there were a few small hairs on the walls from previous guests.
Location is alright, it's about 30 minutes away from anything you want to visit in Paris. The hotel is also located right next to a large factory. The factory isn't really audible when the windows are closed, but you can't really open the windows unless you can withstand 80 dB of noise. Walking to the metro is a bit far, but there's a lot of Velib rental bikes around the hotel, so using an ebike to get in and out was really nice. Neighborhood felt safe to us, even at night. It was well lit and there are no loitering people around.
Facilities are super bare bones, but acceptable. I wish they gave one extra towel though, we got 2 body towels and a small hand towel that we had to use on the bathroom floor to prevent slipping when getting out of the shower. The room was otherwise nice and clean and the bed and bed sheets were comfortable. The wifi is rather annoying to use, you have to sign in manually each time (and input lots of user info every time) and it signs you out automatically every 2 or 3 hours or so. The wifi was also not fast enough to reliably watch YouTube videos at 720p.
One major annoyance we had with the room was with the front door (we were on the 8th floor, perhaps it's different on other floors): whenever anybody entered the hallway and/or opened the door to their room, our door/door frame would make a very loud cracking noise, as if someone was trying to enter our room. Quite the scare the first few times it happens. I think it's because of the air pressure changing and pushing/pulling on the door. We got used to it though, it only happened like 3-4 times per evening/night. Also, the bathroom ventilation cannot be turned off. It's not very loud, but people that need absolute silence should be wary.
We never ate breakfast here because we opted to eat at the plethora of award winning boulangeries in the city :)
All in all, a decent modern room that served...

He never explained where was the breakfast room or anything he was quite rude I don’t think he knew how to smile. The maids was ok my daughter had accidentally left a paper cup out finished and it was still there after the maid had clean the room. Our pyjamas was thrown in the corner not put under our pillows like they would in any other hotel. One night the fire alarm went off at 1.15am we all rushed down to reception then the alarm went off there was no explanation about what had happened. The tv channel was all in French not one uk channel or any other country. The staff in the breakfast room was rude never spoke to us. One morning the lady decided to clean both coffee machines during breakfast and was un able to get a warm drink for 15 mins with our breakfast. The picture shown on the website for breakfast was very accurate I didn’t see any fruit in the 3 days we was there. We was left with a 1/4 of toilet paper to last us and my daughter had to go and get some from reception luckily she had her google translate in as the staff didn’t known what she was saying. In all I wouldn’t stay in this hotel again Please avoid this if your ENGLISH 🏴 they wasn’t...
