Old style hotel but with quality. Rooms are very home feeling and the bed very soft for refill all energy during a good sleep night. The bathroom is non accessible to people with conditioned mobility and it's the weak point of this hotel. The breakfast is well served with quality product on a warm decoration room. The hotel is also know for the SPA with Nuxe products. Staff very friendly and well educated. I will return next time in Le Havre!

A wonderfully comfortable, peaceful and pleasant hotel to stay at briefly. Located next to a beautiful church that I did not have the fortune of visiting, but certainly would want to should the opportunity arise again. Walking distance to Le Havre center. Breakfast is simple, but more than adequate. Would stay here again if visiting Le Havre.

Foto is uitzicht vanuit onze kamer.

We called for a reservation asking if possible to add 2 kids, this was possible. We also asked if they provided parking, which was also a yes. Upon arrival we couldn't even use a suitcase(!) in the room, it was so extremely small, the bathroom itself was very small, let alone for 4. There was no airco, imagine that in a very tight area with 4 people.. We asked them several times for an extra room we were happy to pay for. They found 2 rooms that they would book after the weekend. Upon arrival from a day out, no rooms were booked and no availabilities for us to get an extra room. She couldn't help us, because her manager wasn't there and when we asked her to call the manager, she said he or she was not available. So basically they charged us for 4 while service for 2. Also the parking answer was incorrect, yes there is paid parking around and you apparently can reserve 2 of their tight (their words) parking spots, but they never mentioned this, they didn't ask us to reserve or that they were reserved, so we ended up paying for parking. Mind you, paying isn't the problem, but the deceitful way they've lured us to the hotel is cheap and unprofessional. One evening a girl that worked there closed a part of the lounge bar for "security reasons", which meant she didn't want more people to come in, because all the other nights that part was open for guests. Dinner is served in a jar, dry, tasteless, sad and expensive for its worth. The cheese and salad was...

We booked a family room for the hotel but upon check out were asked to pay extra for the kids beds (A sofa bed and mattress on the floor). They did not provide extra pillows for the kids beds and when we asked for more were told that we should make do with the the pillows in the room.||||The room was listed as non smoking but the ceiling was heavily stained from nicotine and there was a very off putting spell in the bedroom.||||We asked for breakfast to be delivered to the room which was a complete disaster. Probably all down to poor communication but we tried to order breakfast for 4 and ended up with 4 pieces of toast and a single bowl of cereal with 4 drinks which they then wanted to charge us for 2 adults and 2 children c.50 euros!||||Overall a very disappointing stay which put a bit of a downer for our last night on what had been an amazing...
