Staff were friendly on arrival. We went up to the room and the smell was instantly noticeable (smelt like a wer dog). Picked up one of the towels and it had a strong smell of sweat (or whatever) from it. Just past one night at this hotel. On the booking email and at the reception arrival talked about my 5yrs old son several allergies. They said they had clean and over checked the room. Shocking was, when I was about to lay down and turned the pillow around and a brown fresh stains on it. La habitación no está mal, es acogedora y pequeña, pero no suele estar limpia totalmente porque hay partes que están empolvadas o con pelusa. En lo personal, la habitación que me tocó estaba sucia y llena de polvo por parte, encima sientes mucho frío porque no hay calefacción y la única colcha para abrigarse que hay está empolvada.
El recepcionista atiende mal, porque le pregunté si hay calefacción y cómo prenderlo y me dijo solo hay aire acondicionado y me respondió mal diciendo si sientes frío abrígate más. En otras palabras, contesta feo al cliente, pésimo trato.
Si está más o menos bien ubicado porque cerca hay un café y más arriba caminando un centro comercial pequeño.
La verdad es que me alojé ahí porque parte de un tour me llevó a ese hotel, sino definitivamente no me hubiera hospedado ahí, hay que pensarlo bien antes de hospedarse ahí porque está antiguo, sucio, te tratan mal y no tienen calefacción siendo Francia y sobre todo ese pueblito muy frío porque está cerca de Suiza y no muchos estamos acostumbrados al...
