I am extremely disappointed with the stay at this hotel. We had a very unpleasant experience in several aspects. I will mention some of them: In the reservation, I selected a room for two adults. When I arrived at the reception, I was told it was a room for one adult. Additionally, the reservation details on the website (booking.com) say that the reservation was made for 2 adults and one child. This is contradictory to the reality that we stayed in a very small room. (It would never fit 2 adults and a child there.) Moreover, the room was freezing. We stayed for 6 nights. For 3 nights, we slept in the cold room because the heater was broken. We were busy every day as we were visiting places and returned to the hotel very late at night just to sleep. We initially checked in on Sunday (17/11) and made the complaint on Tuesday night (19/11) about the cold room. We were told we would receive a response. This did not happen. No one called us or sent an email to clarify. The problem was only solved on Wednesday afternoon. They acknowledged that the heater was broken and placed a portable heater in the room (which took up even more space in that small room). As the situation was happening, we had requested the manager contact us directly, we waited in the room until the afternoon and then finally approached the desktop again and were told, "we don't do that, we dont call or go to the room". So we had wasted half of a day of our trip waitifor communication that was never going to come from the hotel. They offered 1 breakfast as an apology, but they dont have a formal restaurant, so in a city like Paris, this is not a real apology or appealing. The room was also full of mold, and there was water running down the wall. I have the flu, and it was terribly hard to sleep because of this. My cough got worse. This stay at the hotel affected my health, both physically and mentally. The fact therwas Black mold around the room and inside the wardrobe proves this is a longterm issue. Cleaners and hotel staff would have been aware of this issue long before we arrived. When we checked out today (22/11, Friday), we asked to leave our bags stored because our flight was later. They refused, saying theydid not offer this service and then to store the bags unless we paid 10 euros. We explained to the manager all the inconvenience and said that this would be the least they could do considering everything that happened. Our request to store the bags was denied. I am struggling to find something good in that hotel. We have paid to stay in a missold room that was too small. Had no heating in November with weather warnings over France, no real cleaning done as the sheets werent changed and fresh towels were only on some days. We paid to breathe in black mold for days and have Management ignore use or be rude. There was a hole inside the lift... they covered it with a sticker to masquerade the problem. This seems to be the hotel’s attitude. They try to hide things, but in reality, it is a low-quality establishment with poor service. We will certainly not return, and we do not recommend it. Given all the inconvenience and everything that affected our health, we are requesting a refund.

The hotel is very central to the main train stations (also to Eurostar). It has a 24 hour reception which is super handy if you want to leave your keys. it's very accessible and almost every Metro station is just around the corner. You can walk to all main attractions as Paris is not that big. Our room was absolutely fine, beds made on a daily basis & new towels provided each day. There’s a small elevator that takes you up to your floor. We stayed on the six floor & the view was amazing, we could even see the Eiffel Tower. The room doesn’t have air conditioning however, we had a fan in our room. The hotel was very quiet in the evening/ nighttime. The bathroom was clean and obviously private. I can only recommend this hotel for a city trip. Info: I read that other people mentioned that the area isn’t safe. Obviously this area is close to the main train stations. Such areas can be quite busy and obviously you will bump into people that ask you for money. Obviously there’s nothing wrong about this. If you come from a big city like me you won’t have any issues. There are big high streets that take you to your destination without feeling unsafe/ or getting robbed!

Don’t waste your money, this hotel is much even lodge better than this property, They are giving a room that has been used by another customer. Without cleaning, i share here pictures and videos when i check in this property, This property is not even worth 10 euros for night , Don't ruin your holiday by booking this dirty property. The heater was off in this property, so when I asked to turn it on, they charged me extra 65 euro for it. And there was no drinking water in the room. when I said for drinking water they charged me extra 65 euro for it,. I asked all this before booking the room, and they told me everything is included in this price, But when I reached the this lodge property , he was told that there would be an extra charge for everything. Even drinking water, when you reaching the lodge you must be tired, you will have to pay the full charge without argument . You won't have any options after you reach the hotel. That's why they take advantage of the customer's compulsion. You can see photos of room when i check in, When I asked property manager to clean up the room, they told me you'll have to do it yourself.

After reading the reviews on Google I have to admit that I was expecting the worst when arriving at the hotel. To be honest I would have not booked in the first place if I had seen the reviews earlier. Some things turned out to be true some not. The rooms were indeed a bit small but anyone who knows the real estate prices in Paris will know why. Also, yes, the furniture in the room was not new, however I didn't see this as something to complain about and in fact gave the rooms a nice ambiance imho. In any case I came to see Paris and not spend any time in the room. I met three members of staff while I stayed. None were in any shape or form rude and two were exceptionally friendly and went out of their way to help. The beds/bedding and towels were new looking and spotlessly clean. The bathrooms (we had two rooms) were surprisingly large, very well renovated and clean. Ok, they were a bit basic, but nothing I would complain about. Breakfast was not only available, but also good value for money (given the location). A croissant, half baguette (with butter and jam), a pot of pureed apple, glass of orange juice and a cup of coffee/tea or hot chocolate. There was no hint of a curfew (in fact we were explicitly told the reception was staffed all night). Ok, there were some negatives... There was quite a bit of noise from outside (police sirens amongst other things) and from other rooms, but we were tired every night and I slept like a baby. The WiFi had a very slow response time so was no good for VPN or bookings. Some social media would be possible if you were patient. On the positive, the 4G mobile signal was excellent. There were gaps under some of the bathroom doors, so if that bothers you then book a single room. In short, I'd...
