Literally, the worst hotel experience I ever had!||||Extremely rude receptionists and staff! ||||No concierge! No assist whatsoever in anything!||||Poor breakfast! Poor options everywhere! ||||Rooms are NOT soundproof! you can hear all residents' affairs through walls and you have 24/7 radio in your bathroom from Khaleji and Spanish music by other residents through the ventilation system! ||||One elevator serves the entire hotel! you can only imagine! using the stairs is easier! ||No amenities! No bathrobes! just soap and shower gel are all that you get with €200 per night! ||||They don't respond to their telephone, you have to go down the lobby, search for someone to help you! ||||The access cards keep disconnecting every single time! you have to activate it by heading to the so-called lobby and dealing with super rude people to get back to your room every single day! ||||SAVE YOUR MONEY! ||||My company forced me to book this hotel! I would never ever come...
Read moreHad a great stay, staff very helpful and friendly. Fantastic location and George V metro station a few minutes away. Design of the hotel is lovely, though a little bit "tired" and could do with some repairs/painting/replacement here and there. Don't let it put you off as it kind of adds to the charm. Some things that can be improved - quite a few of the electrical fittings in our room need attention/checking eg the right hand bathroom light around the mirror was loosely fitted to the wall. Door bell not attached to wall properly outside the door. Hallway carpet outside out room was "loose" and had raised parts to it - not safe as you could trip over it! Fancy Gerberit toilet electronics did not work (control panel not functional). Basic things to make a stay even better would be tea/coffee facilities in the room and standard USB ports as every device is USB powered nowadays. Beds were lovely, pillows were perfect. All in all, very happy...

They had already stated all charges were covered at check out. The staff treats English speaking guests very badly even though it's a tourist area. I doubt the staff work there permanently since they do not have any business cards or nametags and their behavior is surprisingly terrible. The owner is nice however and brought my suitcases up to the room but is coincidentally out of reach when the other staff behave badly. The hotel advertises spa and restaurant but these are separate outside of the building. The breakfast food is very limited, had missing items, and even had rotten fruit. At breakfast another guest made it a point to step on my foot...
