I tried Kurry Up(Washington) on Champs-Élysées and it honestly exceeded my expectations. The restaurant is clean, welcoming, and you’re hit with the amazing aroma of spices as soon as you walk in. The food was delicious the butter chicken was rich and creamy, the lamb curry had deep, authentic flavor, and the biryani was perfectly cooked and full of aroma. The naan was soft and fresh out of the oven definitely a must-try. Everything came hot and tasted freshly made, which shows the care they put into food quality and safety. The staff were kind, helpful, and made great recommendations based on spice preferences. Portions were generous, and for a Champs-Élysées location, the prices are fair. If you’re looking for tasty, authentic Indian food in Paris, Kurry Up Washington is absolutely worth it. Read moreWe were tired from a tiring day and the plan was to end the day while Shopping on Champs Elysees, that is when we tought of eating something and we ended at this place. What happened there is the history, we were 8 people and we ate like crazy, the food there was delicious, we started with Samosa which were closest possible to originals North Indian Samosa. At the same time we were looking at naans being prepared for someone else and they looked great, next was our order which kept coming on for the next 30 minutes, Chana Masala, Dal Fry and Palak Paneer are recomended along with the Butter Naan. They serve a bowl of rice with the portion of dish and hence order the naans accordingly, although we finished everything and were filled. Although, we couldn't do a lot of shopping after this as we were too full and hence had to wind up the day, but after such a great meal we had no complaints. Strongly Recommend this place if you are any where nearby Champs...
Read moreI always try to keep an open mind when trying new restaurants, but unfortunately, our visit to KurryUp was a deeply disappointing experience. My family and I stopped by for a late lunch, excited to try something new, but it turned out to be one of the worst dining experiences we’ve had.
While the service was fine and the atmosphere was pleasant enough, the food itself left much to be desired. Not long after our meal, me and my daughter started feeling unwell, experiencing severe stomach issues, including nausea and other unpleasant symptoms. It was an extremely uncomfortable and worrying situation that lasted for hours.
We have dined at many different places, but this was by far the most unfortunate outcome we’ve ever encountered. I sincerely hope this was an isolated incident, but based on our experience, I cannot recommend this restaurant. I urge the management to take food safety seriously to prevent this from happening to...
