We came here without reservation but the staff was kind enought to find us a room. The hotel: overall is actually pretty and with some good and warm decorations it has a nice patio and a nice breakfast area with a rich choice of foods from pancakes to eggs we've really appreciate that. The room: was little but nice warm and cosy modern and clean (the moquette although was a bit old) and the bathroom was modern and super clean the shower worked perfectly. The staff: is super nice and everyone single one of the receptionist had a great and fluent english. The price: 89€ (you have to add the tax) for 2 is a fair price in Paris it's a good balance between cheap and good rooms in my personal opinion it was fair, for the breakfast it's 12.50€ each which is fine considering the offer they have. The position: really really really good it's in a good and nice place full of nice locals and restaurants and also super close to bus stops and metro stops, unfortunately we were not able to use them cause there was a strike but the position helped us a lot.|Overall thank you so much we'll come back for...
Read moreThe most comfortable hotel I've ever been in. It's like a little house, not a hotel room. It is possible to stay for both short and long periods. There is an extra radiator, microwave, kettle and iron in the room. Additionally, the shower is very relaxing and gives a spa effect. Breakfast was also very enjoyable and delicious. Comfort of bed and pillows, mini sofa and coffee table. Small details, lights that create a beautiful ambience... It is a truly successful, well-thought-out place. The waiters and staff were also very polite. It would be good if those who only serve tea and coffee knew basic English. It was annoying not being understood when asking for coffee. We came to Paris from the Netherlands. It must not be possible for all people from all over the world to know French. Still, it...
Read moreI had a reservation for the hotel this April and was very disappointed. After a long day walking through Paris with my family I decided to go to the hotel and rest. When I arrived I went to the reception to check in when the receptionist told me that my reservation was apparently cancelled, although flight and the hotel were booked together but if the hotel as cancelled why was the flight not cancelled as well. After trying to reason with them I asked if their was a spare room but they told me they were full. Where was I supposed to go in the middle of Paris with two children and not being able to speak the native language. After they kicked me out I had to look around Paris for another hotel when they were all booked and was so stressed because of all the pressure. Overall I was very let down by...
