The food and space is amazing just like all other big mamma group restaurants having been in pink mamma, Ave Mario in London and jacuzzi they really have the formula nailed where food is well priced and really tasty. However I must say I am someone who works in restaurants for the last 13 years I have never ever seen a more atrocious waiter in a restaurant. From being rude to my partner when she was asking a question, to making comments to his colleagues because we asked for a change of plates after starters to main course and to end it all I had a note as a birthday on the reservation and it seems like they just don’t care. I’d love to have the waiters name that served us because this person should never work in a restaurant in his life and should be taught some hospitality etiquette. And is absolutely normal for someone to ask for new plates after having a beef tartare to having pasta not to mix up the flavours of the cutlery it’s again basics of hospitality. We went to celebrate a birthday and mid way through the dinner we just wanted to leave for how rude this waiter was. Mamma primi you need to train your staff a lot better and maybe educate them than customers asking questions is a normal thing and asking for few things here and there also. Having been in other restaurants of the branch and have never in my long years on the industry given 1 star for service you were a really atrocious restaurant for service and for who reads this unless you like to be treated as someone who goes there to spend your money I would never go back again....
