A cosy little hotel with nicely decorated rooms and comfortable beds. Out of the ordinary and a welcome change to large chain hotels.

Hotel Noir is an exceptional choice for anyone seeking a luxurious and memorable stay in the heart of the city. From the moment we stepped foot into the hotel, we were greeted with a warm welcome and impeccable service.

The first thing that struck us about Hotel Noir was its stylish and contemporary design. The sleek interiors and chic décor created an atmosphere of sophistication and elegance. The attention to detail in every aspect of the hotel's design was truly impressive.

Our room at Hotel Noir was nothing short of perfection. The cozy and comfortable bed ensured a restful night's sleep, while the tasteful furnishings and modern amenities added a touch of luxury. The cleanliness and tidiness of the room were also top-notch, leaving us feeling pampered and relaxed.

One of the highlights of our stay was the hotel's exceptional staff. The team at Hotel Noir went above and beyond to ensure that our every need was met. From assisting with dinner reservations to providing insightful recommendations for local attractions, their dedication to exceptional service was evident throughout our stay.

The hotel's location was another major advantage. Situated in the heart of the city, Hotel Noir provided easy access to all the major sights and attractions. We were able to explore nearby landmarks, indulge in world-class dining experiences, and shop at high-end boutiques, all within walking distance.

Another standout feature of Hotel Noir was its delicious and varied breakfast offerings. The buffet-style breakfast included a wide selection of fresh fruits, pastries, cheeses, and hot dishes, catering to all tastes and dietary preferences. It was the perfect way to start our days of exploring the city.

In terms of facilities, Hotel Noir offers a well-equipped fitness center, allowing guests to maintain their workout routines while away from home. The hotel also boasts a stylish and inviting lounge area, ideal for relaxing with a drink or socializing with fellow travelers.

Overall, our experience at Hotel Noir was absolutely outstanding. The combination of exceptional service, luxurious accommodations, and prime location made our stay truly memorable. We would highly recommend Hotel Noir to anyone seeking a top-notch hotel experience in the heart...

Awful hotel with a very unfriendly and rude staff. ||The rooms are dingy, dirty, rundown, chipped paint and cracked ceilings. ||No enclosed shower, the bathtub only had a hand held shower wand that you cannot mount anywhere in the tub.||No kettle or coffee machine.||No mini-fridge. When I suggested to the front desk clerk they upgrade the rooms with one, she said it would be ‘ecological’. And proceed to lecture us on the environment. ||Ice machine was broken, they actually told us to go buy our own. Then we discovered it’s an ongoing issue and they could have made alternative arrangements for. Instead of telling guests to buy their own. We had to chill our drinks on the windowsill. ||The bed sheets were never changed over a 4-night stay. The pillows smelled like mildew.||They ‘forgot’ to give us clean water glasses twice. ||Extremely noisy. We could hear conversations through the walls. A dog somewhere in the hotel was barking all night on our last. ||If you want horrible customer service, clerks with attitudes who like to lecture their guests, then this is place for you!||Truly perplexed how this is a ‘3 star’ hotel. ||Do...

The hotel is clean, but that’s a bare minimum for hotel.|The room for 2 had a small twin bed not a double, it’s hard for two adult people to fit on that comfortably. It should be a double bed.|The hotel is cold and no matter how long the heating is on it’s still cold.|No kettle in the room or mini fridge if you buy some food. |The reception is freezing and this is where they serve “breakfast” as well, which is a basket of pastry and bread with some jams.|The day we were leaving we had to catch an early flight just to find the reception abandoned with a “be back soon” sign, with the hotel doors locked. Very inconsiderate as people could miss their flights/buses to the airport.|All in all not a good or comfortable experience. |I can only say that it was clean and close to Arch...
