Tonight, I looked into shisha lounges and Paris and saw that this particuone had great reviews. Unfortunately, that was not the case. We were greeted by a hostess and weâre directed to go downstairs for shisha. As we sat down, a woman with a yellow two piece blazer set rudely yelled that she does not speak English to me and my friend while we were asking questions about the menu. Is it wrong to ask questions in English when the hostess AND one of the waiters spoke to us in English? I donât think so. She then proceeded to raise her voice and ask a group of men if they spoke English, all while mocking us. She made gestures with her hands and even said âmeow meowâ insinuating if we wanted food, causing the other people around to mock us as well. Rude. We asked for the bill numerous times and even then they took their time. My friend proceeded to go upstairs to ask for the bill numerous times as it was not given to us. Let me note that, they donât even use mouth pieces for the hookah. You share one stick with numerous people. Disgusting. Lastly, when we went upstairs. Everyone magically spoke perfect English.    Read moreI am from NY and visited this lounge with very high expectations. An older lady in a yellow blazer was so insensitive, impatient and nasty to me and my friend. She didnât speak English and felt the need to yell in a crowded lounge about how she didnât understand what I was saying when I tapped her. She then proceeds to turn around to a group of over 10 men and ask out loud if any of them speak English, completely and unnecessarily embarrassing my friend and I. The staff understanding minimal English isnât a problem, but purposely humiliating patrons is ridiculous. When speaking to us to us she also mocked us with immature noises like saying âmeow meowâ to ask us if we wanted food⊠honestly my friend and I should have left then and there because things got worse. The waiter who in fact was speaking perfectly fine English when we initially walked in felt the need to purposely act confused every time we spoke to her. Nous Ă©tions arrivĂ©s Ă 18h45 un peu Ă l'avance, et le serveur nous indique que la cuisine n'est pas encore arrivĂ©e đ«€... Nous nous sommes quand mĂȘme installĂ©s afin de patienter dans la salle. Une fois la cuisine arrivĂ©e, on a pu commander et pour le coup c'Ă©tait succulent, le mac&cheese j'ai beaucoup aimĂ© (attention ca calle !) Ainsi que le burger đ. A la fin, on demande la carte des desserts mais le serveur nous dit qu'il n'y a pas tout les desserts disponibles sur la carte (seulement 2...) On se dit bon pas grave on va voir ce qui est disponible... Et aprĂšs ĂȘtre parti puis revenus.. le serveur nous dit que finalement aucun dessert n'est disponible ce jour et qu'ils datent de la veille (au moins il a Ă©tĂ© honnĂȘte, ca nous Ă Ă©vitĂ© de consommer des patisseries fait la veille haha). Pour conclure, je pense qu'on est venu le mauvais jour, il n'y avait quasi personne je crois mĂȘme que nous Ă©tions les seuls clients...
