Wonderful stay! My husband and I appreciated the endless kindness and patience during our short stay. When we arrived and realized our travel company didn’t make the reservation correctly we were upset but because of Sam, Ludvine and Johannie who were so accommodating and helpful, we were able to stay the two nights as planned. A special thanks to Sam for helping us stay in the room with the beautiful view of Sacre Coeur. We loved the breakfast, the decor but most of all the warmth and support of the staff who made our stay memorable. Excellent location, with great restaurants and cafes. Very close to gare du nord and gare del est, the two big train stations.

I was traveling in a couple & the hotel was perfect for us! The staff was very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. Our rooms were very clean & we had a terrace with fresh flowers (such a luxury that made the experience feel very Parisian). We would definitely stay at Hotel Paradis again!

Nice rooms but to loud and noisy. Bathroom not clean. Hair around. Breakfast is bad organised. No plates and cups are ready clean. Chaotic scenes in the breakfast room. Stuff promised taxi for 60€ and we had 100€ to pay. Not funny.

Much nice to say about the Hôtel Paradis after a 3 day stay. The staff were down to earth, engaging and truly seemed to care about our stay. (A particular shout out to Zoe who took good care of us when we arrived very early on a rainy Sunday morning.) Our room was very nicely appointed and large enough for the two of us with baggage to arrange ourselves. The breakfast was among the best I have had in a hotel. Continental mainly with scrambled eggs. The home-made chocolate granola was my favorite. They had cow milk alternatives (oat and soy). The dutiful staff constantly filled items as they were emptied. They provide free carafes of filtered water for the rooms which you could refill as needed in the breakfast room. You could even fill your own water bottle for your day's outing. The hotel is in a convenient location. There are two metro stations, Bonne Nouvelle (8 and 9) Chateau d'Eau (4), in different directions each a 7 minute walk which allows you to get almost anywhere. We used the days we were not working to explore Montmartre (Sacre Coeur, Musée de Montmartre and Place de Tertre), which is a 20 minute walk from the hotel. I have stayed many hotels in Paris over the years and this one is a keeper for sure. Will definitely stay at the Hôtel...

The croissants were a delight! The coffee was good, and it was also an interesting detail that the company responsible for the coffee supported employing people with physical disabilities. Also, the staff was extremely friendly and attentive to the things one needed. I was surprised that they had a space where children could entertain themselves and it wasn't just thought of as an adults place. The hotel was cozy, and in the end, I was also surprised that when we made the reservation, it was advertised that there was a view towards the Sacré Coeur basilica, and upon arrival, it REALLY had that view. I have had bad experiences where some places advertise or post "views" in the promotion of their rooms, and upon arrival, they don't even have windows, or the view is of a parking lot, and it's just an advertising trick which leaves much to be desired. Finally, the details they had and the interest in knowing the reasons for our trip in order to react and adapt better (in our case it was my wife's birthday, and they left us a nice postcard and some...

Hotel Paradis has a fairly good location in a trendier part of town near some really good restaurants. That's about all I can say for the positives of our experience.

The lobby is nice enough but once you get upstairs our room was a little bit worse for wear, and despite multiple complaints our air conditioner never worked correctly, even as we were assured someone would look into it (over the course of 7 days no one ever did). Probably the most disappointing aspect of our stay is that one of our purchases made during the trip went “missing” (read: it was either thrown away or stolen by staff). When we brought this to the attention of the front desk they told us we must have simply misplaced the item despite us having turned the room upside down looking for it. We even produced receipts to show when it was purchased. They never really offered any recourse and we left the country simply abandoning the issue. I’d look elsewhere for your stay...
