My friend and I went in to buy gifts for our moms abroad so naturally we were taking pictures but who i assume to be the owner was beyond rude and mean, he told us its forbidden to take pictures and we should ask first (i’ve never been to a shop where it’s forbidden to take pictures or at least they write a note). Horrible horrible horrible. Jewelry is amazing, prices are great BUT the owner yelled at us for taking photos (even though it’s written nowhere that photos are not ok) and kept being rude throughout even after we politely agreed and apologised for the photos. He’s haughty and rude and interrogated us about useless things while walking around the shop and looking us up and down. Most disgusting interaction I’ve had in my life. I love this store! They offer a range of inexpensive jewelry from delicate and feminine to chunky statement pieces, as well as a few cute and quirky knicknacks. The store is small, but you could easily spend an hour looking through everything (and I have, more than once!). The jewelry is made with common materials, but everything has a unique charm and is generally well constructed.
