I recently had the pleasure of dining at Collier de la Reine and was blown away by the quality of the food and atmosphere. From the moment I walked in, I was struck by the stylish decor and chic ambiance. We started off the meal with the onion soup, which was rich and flavorful with a perfectly balanced blend of onions and broth. But the real highlight of the meal was the seafood tower. We decided to splurge on the seafood tower, and it did not disappoint. The tower was filled with a variety of fresh seafood, including prawns, scallops, muscles, and oysters. Each piece was perfectly cooked and seasoned, and the presentation was stunning. For our entrees, the crispy pork was also a standout, with tender meat and a crunchy exterior that was perfectly seasoned. We also ordered the fish and chips. The fish was perfectly cooked, with a light crispy batter that didn't overpower the delicate flavor of the fish. The chips were equally impressive, with a crispy exterior and a fluffy interior. The wine selection at Collier de la Reine was also impressive, with a variety of great options to choose from. We opted for a white wine that paired perfectly with our meal. Overall, I would give Collier de la Reine a solid 5 stars. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was chic and stylish, and the service was excellent. I highly recommend the fish and chips, crispy pork, and seafood tower. If you're a fan of Asian fusion cuisine, this restaurant is definitely worth a visit.

The restaurant setting is very nice, but the food was a real disappointment. The worst was a very dry pork belly that was completely tasteless. The rest was ok, starters were decent and the chicken came with a nice sauce, even though they also didn’t get the cooking right (a bit undercooked as you can see from the photos). All while being on the pricey end. Even the wines are low quality when compared to the price you pay. Finally, the chef was very arrogant, when we tried explaining that the porc was undercooked, they agreed but said «that’s how it is » and didn’t offer any alternatives (nor discounts).

We had a wonderful August evening here with friends. 3 delicious courses, excellent service and with tip and digestif came to 60e per person - so excellent value. We had fish carpaccio, duck sausage and schnitzel with sides of home cut fries. Millefeuille and peach cobbler for dessert. We also came here in February and had drinks in their caveau - highly recommended for something more intimate. Their natural wine selection is also impressive. Be sure to book and if you can get a later table to really experience the atmosphere. Can’t wait to go back!

I regret to share my extremely disappointing experience at Le Collier on Friday, January 10th. I was part of a small group celebrating a birthday dinner, and while the upstairs staff were friendly and welcoming, one waiter’s behavior completely soured the evening.

The waiter was overly aggressive and intrusive, checking on us every five minutes in a way that disrupted our meal and made us feel rushed. They repeatedly tried to clear plates before we were finished, and their overall impatience created an uncomfortable atmosphere. At one point, the waiter even made an inappropriate comment, suggesting the entire group would be asked to leave if one person arrived late—something I found both disrespectful and unprofessional.

When we moved upstairs, the same poor attitude continued. To add insult to injury, I was overcharged by €73. Despite multiple attempts to contact the restaurant via email to resolve the matter, they have failed to respond or issue a refund. This lack of accountability and basic customer service is unacceptable.

This experience has drastically changed my perception of Le Collier. What used to feel like a trusted choice for special occasions now feels closer to a fast-food chain in terms of service quality. I have celebrated my own birthdays here and recommended it to others in the past, but after this experience, I can no longer do so.

I strongly encourage management to train staff on proper guest service and improve their responsiveness to customer concerns. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning or recommending Le Collier...

We arrived with a lot of enthusiasm, especially since we had already visited three other restaurants from the same group and had fantastic experiences there. Unfortunately, this time was very disappointing.

Upon arrival, we were not greeted in a friendly manner. After that, several staff members came to ask four times in a row if we were ready to order, which felt very impatient.

We ordered a cocktail, a starter, and a main course. Unfortunately, right after receiving our cocktails, the starters were served, and three people at our table received their main courses at the same time as the starters. This created confusion and made the atmosphere uncomfortable.

When we expressed that we would prefer to finish the starters before receiving the main courses and that we’d like the dishes to be served simultaneously for the whole table, both the manager and our waiter responded in a rude and arrogant manner. We were told we had to eat our starters and mains together, whether we liked it or not.

This unprofessional attitude was very disappointing, especially as we came to enjoy ourselves and spent a considerable amount of money. While the setting is beautiful, we left with a bad feeling.

Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this experience. Hopefully, something will be done to improve the service, as the potential is...
