My overall experience was mediocre at best. The only positives, were the kind staff. As someone who has been working in the hotel business, the room I was given, DOES NOT, meet the expectations of a 3-star hotel. To start off, when I first walked in the room and sat on the bed, I immediately noticed multiple discolorations and stains on the sheets. I have a photo linked below. Next, I went to plug in my charger into the outlet below the lamp, without realizing the cover was completely missing from it. I almost got electrocuted as it sparked up, causing me to quickly pull back. The bathroom door doesnt shut all the way, no matter how much you pull and turn the knob. One of the lamps next to the bed does not turn on. The refrigerator was not cleaned properly and there is gunk towards the back of it. The cups have some sort of powder residue on them. The breakfast was fine, mainly consisting of croissants, cereal, fruits, and yogurt. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. They were knowledgable about the area and were very kind to us. I would have asked for a room change, if I hadn't been informed that they were fully booked upon checking in. I stayed for a total of three nights and would not stay here again. The price does not match the quality. There are many other hotels nearby for much better prices, that im sure, would not have such a low bar for cleanliness. In the end, I would not personally recommend this hotel. If a manager would like to reach out to be regarding my stay, that would be lovely. Or if there is an email I can contact,...
Read moreMy Fiance and I were recently in Paris and had troubles getting in to our Airbnb due to our flight getting delayed (we missed our original check in date). As we were trying to get a hold of our Airbnb host and freaking out because we didn't have an international plan to call our Airbnb host, the front desk receptionist/In charge, was extremely helpful. She was very nice and completely understanding of our situation. translating emails from our host for us and helping us write in French to our host. We were not customers but the way she treated us, I will stay here on our next trip to Paris. The location is amazing. You are close to the subway, great places to grab a bite to eat, and a very short walk (10 minutes) to the Seine. We actually looked and the rooms and rates of the Hotel (we didn't think we were going to be able to get into our original place that day.) and it looks amazing. The price is perfect and was actually less expensive then the place we stayed at during our stay in Paris. The lobby is very nice, clean, organized, and quiet (could here any traffic from outside). To top everything off, the lady in charge actually let us store our begs there so we could enjoy the city and grab a bite to eat. This place is amazing. The best customer service I have ever experienced.

Read moreMy teen daughter and I stayed here in early September on the recommendation of an acquaintance. It was absolutely perfect for us. Safe and quiet and in a great location near a great selection of Latin Quarter restaurants and cafes. A 3 min walk to 2 different Metro stations. Rue Lacepede runs off Rue Monge which is a lovely road to walk down towards the Seine, passing many nice little shops, florists, cafes and bars along the way. Luxembourg gardens, St Germain and the lovely Art The rooms (in fact the lift and bathrooms also) were small but clean and very comfortable, best beds and pillows in our entire 1 month Europe stay! Very tastefully renovated, but still the gorgeous older Parisian style building. Having breakfast included in our rate was excellent as saved time and money each morning, Adelaide the manager was helpful and friendly and really the hotel was just perfect for us. Highly recommended. We hope to be...
