I only stayed at this hotel for about 12 hours overnight in between flights. The facilities are true to a 3-star hotel- not luxurious, but still comfortable. My room on the 7th floor was tiny (not enough room to have your suitcase open and also walk around the bed) but was relatively modern and had a comfortable bed which is really all I needed. If you were going to be in Paris for more than a few nights, I would probably pay extra spring for a larger room/different hotel, but for just a night or two a small room works fine. Many things in my room were unsatisfactory- the fans in the bathroom were extremely dusty, the shower drain was completely clogged (the idea of other peoples shower remnants coming back up the clogged drain while I showered did gross me out), and the air conditioner didn’t work, although I wasn’t sure if this was being done deliberately by the hotel or if it was just broken in my room. To be fair it wasn’t really warm enough to need AC, but I prefer it especially cold when I sleep. The bathroom was shockingly large and modern compared to the room and the shower was lovely, it was a shame that mine was clogged because I otherwise would have loved the huge shower. Very nice bathroom products as well. The area is adorable and is great if you’re planning to travel via Metro while in Paris, as multiple stations are within a 5-10 minute walk. The area around the hotel is super cute and has everything you need- I had a room facing the city/Main Street that the hotel was on, and the little balcony/window in my room was absolutely adorable and a lovely photo opportunity. Being able to open the window completely also helped the fact that my AC didn’t work. It is a lively area so it’s a bit noisy at night especially on the weekends, but it didn’t prevent me from being able to fall asleep, and by 2am all was silent in the neighborhood. The best part of this hotel were the employees- they were by far the kindest customer service employees I interacted with in Paris (I had always heard the French were a bit rude to English-only speakers and never really believed it, but it’s true, most workers in Paris were not patient/helpful towards me). Both of the gentlemen who checked me in and out went out of their way to be helpful and kind- very appreciated from a tired traveler in between flights. This hotel also has every complimentary service you may need, including WiFi, luggage storage, and help with purchasing tickets to shows/attractions in the city. Wonderful value compared to the other hotels...
Read moreAn excellent hotel that far exceeds expectations. I stayed here for one night only, but would've loved to stay another night. The rooms are clean and quite big for Europe, the bathrooms are also clean and sufficient in size.
The location is great, about 5 minutes away from a Monoprix grocery store and 5 minutes away from a Metro station. There are also fast food restaurants KFC, Popeyes, McDonald's less than a 10 minute walk away. So the location is excellent.
The best part about this hotel is the staff! It is astounding. The reception staff are very friendly and try to assist you in any way they can. What truly amazed me is that I had gotten there early in the morning to just leave my bags as I know check-in only started at 2pm. To my surprise, when I told them this, they said no, it's not necessary as my room is ready and that I could check-in then if I wanted to, which I did. I thought this was really amazing as I've never had any hotel do this before.
Another thing that was fantastic is that I requested a room with a good view of possible. Boy did they deliver. The view from my room was amazing and I could even see a fair bit of the Eiffel tower.
I would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone. It's brilliant and deserves...

We arrived on a Friday evening for a planned 2-night stay in June (very hot). Our room was acceptably clean, small, and old. It was extremely HOT in the room. We're tired adjusting the air conditioning, which was fixed at 20C (felt like 25C). It was not adjustable and kept returning to 20C.
Called the front desk to ask how to change/override the system and wouldn't help. They told us to "deal with the temperature like the other guests" and refused to allow us to speak to the manager.
We booked a room elsewhere and left.
I recommend avoiding this hotel. It was a bad experience overall.

Thank you for commenting. Your message implies we don't know how to turn on an air conditioner, and tells me you think this situation was our fault.
We did turn on the air conditioner, and waited for 2-hours. There was no change to the temperature, and the thermostat would not let us change the temperature from 20C.
We had a bad experience and will not return, nor do we recommend this hotel to anyone. If you're reading...
